Hotel was Very bad. Bed sucked, and the hotel was in the middle of the Getto! Will never stay there again!!!!!!

Location\n\nThe rooms were filthy. They had ants in the rooms
Cockroaches in the room. (2 of them) Paint peeling, funny smell. But the sheets looked pretty clean.
The first room we were in had mold on the shower ceiling. After asking to switch, we were assigned a different room that was much better. The place needs some updating--new drapes, nicer towels, electric outlets that stay in the wall.
I enjoyed the continental breakfast and the microwave and refrigerator access. The shower was really great and spacious.\n\nThe bedding was fairly old, should invest in new bedding.
i liked that it was close to the event i was going to. and that there are a lot of places near by to go to eat and such.the first room they put me in the air condition didn't work and they took care of that when i called down to them\n\n1.air condition didn't work2.sheets and blankets had holes in them piled them up on the bed to have changed and they put the same ones back down on the...
Checked in about 11:30 pm. Customer service not very friendly. Walked in office she never said hello may I help you or nothing. I eventually said I have a reservation. Ice machine was broke, she took ice out of office refrigerator and put it in an ice bucket no bag (very unsanitary) and gave it to me (smh). Gave directions...
Well other then the fire alarm hanging from the ceiling, or the hole in the ceiling above the shower head. The door broke so we could not use the key card. They had to let is in which was fine til...
We found a live roach in our room I called. Customer service and. They did nothing. About. It so we found. Another. Hotel for the rest of our stay would've been better off sleeping in my car if this was the last hotel. On earth. I wouldn't. Stay there
I got a good deal on a very popular vacation site. This place needs renovations badly. It smelled, there were blood spots on the walls, the microwave was soooo old and the fridge was filthy. There was activity going on that seemed shady. I will never visit here again. You get what you pay for.
The staff wasn't informative at all. I was charged double and was never made aware, even though the assistant manager was. Upon check in, I was never given any WiFi information or informed about b...
This place is so run down. The room was non smoking and still smelled like someone smoked a whole pack. The tun didn't drain well. The room and parking area were dim. The sheets had spots on them. We only got 1 drying towl and the breakfast was laughable.
The room was musty and the bed smelled like mold. The AC didn't work. Left for the day and came back late that night, my room had not been cleaned. They finally tried to move me to another room. That room was not clean. Dirty sheets and towels where everywhere from the previous person that stayed there. I stayed in...
The Room size\n\nwas not very clean.\n\nNeed to clean. Carpet ,microwave an refrigerator better
When arriving to ocean city I noticed a bunch of basic or less than basic hotels along the boardwalk charging $200.00 a night minimum. Considering I needed two rooms for the kids it was about to cost $500.00 a night after taxes. I've stayed in some really nice places for those prices so $250.00 for the days inn or sand castle whatever motel on the beach wasn't taking my money. Instead I saw...
The a.c. actually worked.\n\nThe area\n\nNot the worst but FAR from the best stay.
The staff was nice and friendly. The room was off from everyone else's.\n\nNo elevator and the railroad tracks are very close.
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
Customer service\n\nOld and smelly\n\nNever stayed in a one-star and now I know better.

There was no hot water. We were given stained rags towels. Also the location was terrible and 30mins away from the beach.
the rooms are overpriced and dirty, dirty, dirty. There were ashes on the toilet rim as if housekeeping was smoking while using the bathroom. Blood on the sheets and pillowcase. Corners, airconditioner, and under beds never touched or swept or checked. Shower curtain was hanging to the floor on a broken rod. TV did not work. Maintenance just walked into room without knocking. Beware...
if you don't mind staying right next to the projects then this hotel is fine. Other than that it was an average experience.
Location was perfect but the bathroom only had 1 towel, and the ceiling had mold and water stains on it.
