This shop is terrible. Had them do timing belt job on my Honda Accord 3.0 and it shredded because it had come off track while I was out on the highway. I have used Cutshaw in the past and have been very pleased but the last few times I have come by the quotes I have been given are unethical and absurd. I have found the exact part numbers on the quote and the dealer had almost had it for have the price and in some cases even less than that! I recently moved to the area & went to Cutshaw on advice from friends to have my brakes replaced. They got me in fast, gave me prices upfront (that didn't change), rented me one of their cars and finished very fast! And super nice guys!! I will be going back for all my future needs.
Took my car in for a second opinion on a belt and they ordered the part and fixed it within 24 hours, and all at a considerably lower price than the dealer.
I had another fantastic visit. I was able to drop my car off later in the afternoon to get a headlight replaced and my oil changed. These guys were able to fit me in and gave me a great price. I don't completely dread taking my car to the shop when I know I'm going here!
I had a sensor blinking and they identified the problem and fixed it quickly and inexpensively. I never feel like I am being taking advantage of them finding additional expensive repairs that must be fixed. Came in with a flat tire with no appointment on a busy Saturday and they very quickly accommodated me, fixed the flat (great price, too), and sent me on my way in about 30 minutes. Was really impressed with how they handled the last minute walk in when they were so busy.

Went there for an inspection. Dropped the car off at 7:50 am. At 9 I received a call on a few issues that the car failed in. I gave the go ahead to fix and the car was ready by 10:45 am. They were very helpful, communicated well, and were quick. All the things I'm looking for in a automotive shop.

Best mechanics and most courteous service I have ever had
I enjoyed meeting Domingo and liked the hours there, but two light bulbs replaced for 45 dollars with inspection is steep. The inspection was $16 and the bulbs were very easy, position and all, which I usually replace myself. The total should not have exceeded more than $30 if you ask me.. Just my opinion.. I did however like meeting Domingo and speaking Spanish with him.

Stopped in right at closing time with a wood screw in my left rear tire. I was almost cringing when I opened the door. I expected to be told to "beat it, we're closed!" Went in for my first VA state inspection during a busy Saturday. Domingo originally said the wait could be an hour or so, but then was able to accommodate sooner. He was extremely friendly and pricing was more than fair (had to put in a couple light bulbs). Will be returning.
