Made an appointment almost a month in advance. Took a day off work to drive 100 miles to let them in. I called on the way and was told the didn't have enough staff to do the job.

Don't waste your money. They charged me for 2.25 hours for a move out cleaning on an rental property ( I Ok'd 3 hours.) When I got there to inspect their work the house looked almost untouched. Dead roaches in the drawers, spills on the countertops, spills on the cabinet doors. When I called to complain they told me they will go back out but I only approved another .75 hours so they would only...

Different Team every time lead to inconsistent cleaning. Problem solving skills poor. Office staff also inconsistent with their level of professionalism. While house smelled clean, still had issues with cleaning the floors properly. Mediocre is a good word to describe their service and not worth the expense.

I found the cleanings to be inconsistent. The teams were rarely the same. Attention to detail was not present. Didn't clean along baseboards with curtain or drapes unless a complaint was generated. Generally mediocre cleaning.
