The Courtyard Hampton hotel by Marriott is a great choice amongst Hampton, VA hotels whether traveling for business or leisure. Our hotel near Hampton Coliseum is within walking distance to Peninsula Town Center. We are also just minutes away from Langley
AFB, Fort Eustis Army Base, Northrop Grumman, Sentara CarePlex Hospital, Lockheed Martin and Newport News...
Courtyard by Marriott Hampton in Virginia provides comfortable accommodations for both vacation and business travelers. The hotel is conveniently located only a little over a mile to the Hampton Coliseum and a few minutes drive to area military bases. Free parking is available.
The smell of homemade chocolate cookies greets you Monday through Thursday at the front desk of this modern hotel, where the chef refills a bottomless basket. As the naval items on the walls suggest, this Marriott takes in the local influence. Soak in the pool, set amid landscaped grounds.
In Short
The first Marriott hotel opened in 1957, and has since expanded to several different brands, with Courtyard serving business travelers. In addition to free daily newspaper...
Nice staff, but gross fast-food, strip-mall area, terrible wifi, bedding that smells like cigarettes and common areas that have seen better days. Go to Newport News city center area instead.
If you HAVE to stay here, request a room away from the loud ice maker
As experienced traveller surprises are seldom. But this Courtyard is outstanding.
The difference is the dedication of its staff to make you feel welcome. They really care.
My answer to the question "Would you recommend this hotel to a friend" is "for sure".
Definitely my first choice in the region
Very close to the coliseum...less than a five minute walk. We arrived later than we wanted to so though grabbing a bite to eat in the Bistro at the hotel would be quicker than going out to eat. Huge mistake! Waited over an hour to then be told they were out of bread and could only make us one sandwich....
Good hotel for the money. Room was large enough and semi-renovated. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was sufficient.
The only real negatives I have for this hotel are that the walls are thin- meaning you could hear kids running up and down the hallways as well as in the next room. I know we were at a weekend basketball tourney...
We stayed for a week for meetings and could not have been treated better. Every member of the staff offer the best possible service they can. If you are staying in this area don't look anywhere else, we will come here every time when in the area.
The elevators were Scarey. Didn't know if they would make it or not. No inspection sticker in them. No continental breakfast which I thought we were getting. Overall needs serious remodel and update upstairs Libby was deceiving.
Lobby looks great and so does their courtyard area. Workers seemed nice... It was pretty clean, but not spotless.
I stayed here for about 2 weeks for work. One week I was on first shift and the second I was on second shift. Only mention this because I had a slightly different experience between the two.
I like how the...
Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Close to where our function was being held and close to highway.
Stayed for two nights. Was a decent hotel. Would stay there again.
Was moved to another room the following day, but had to pay half price for the noisy room anyway.
No amenities, did not access to continental or buffet breakfast. Cleaning staff wanted us out of room she was rushed to get finished for the day
Comfortable bed/pillows, not too noisy ventilation system, and I really enjoyed their breakfast bistro, much better than what many 3star hotel would offer, and when you travel every month for work, those things all matter quite a lot. I would recommend this place.
Girls night out when visiting my friend and her family in VA. Room was clean and hotel was nice. Perfect for our needs. Only complaint would be the TV channel selection was poor. After dinner and drinks we just wanted to go back to the room open a bottle of wine and watch a chick flick or holiday movie, unfortunately 5 sports channels and multiple news channels didn't leave room for a channel...
The hotel was in a great area and the rooms were nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Hampton area.
Close to I-64, one of many comparable hotels near the Hampton Coliseum, with a lot of malls nearby. No unpleasant surprises, if no particularly pleasant ones either. Only three stories tall, but we stayed on the second floor and were not troubled by noise. We tried this as a substitute for another nearby one we'd stayed at often and had...
Outstanding property. Clean & well maintained. Responsive and friendly staffers. Great prices & great location too! All special requests were honored - no problems!
Friendly staff, walking distance to the Hampton road convention center, conveniently placed between shopping centers and restaurants. Room was cozy and hotel mini mart was well stocked, albeit a little pricey. All in all I will be staying hear again for the Nekocon convention and any other events in the Hampton VA area in the future.
It was comfortable and very quiet. Only complain was that the rug felt wet.
Stayed a couple of nights. The rooms were clean, adequate. Staff was friendly. Nothing outstanding, but overall a good place to stay at a reasonable price. We did not eat at the bistro thinking the line in the morning would be too long.
Parking spaces are limited.
Stayed here for a few days while in town on business and the stay couldn't have been better. The hotel is located right off of I-64 and easy to find. We were cheerfully greeted by the staff at check-in and asked what floor we wanted to stay on. The facility was crisp and clean outside and in, and the room...
I have stayed at this hotel several time in the past few years when traveling to NASA Langley Research Center. Generally it has clean rooms, a little dated but OK. It is also cose to many restaurants. However, what disappointed me this time is that remodeled their breakfast area to be more trendy and have gotten away from having a...
We came for a funeral and the room was comfortable and clean. We have stayed there before and although its more expensive, its a good nights sleep.
I normally stand behind the Marriott Hotel brand Name, but my experience at the Courtyard by Marriot in Hampton Virginia was miserable. I stayed for two nights Sept 15 and 16, 2015. The first night was somewhat of a questions I woke up in the morning with a few red marks on my body I did not think too much...
Good and efficient staff, did not like smell in room though got used to it.
Very clean. Fair price. Good location.
After researching and reading tons of reviews for more than 10 hotels in the area. We decided on the "Courtyard Marriott' and booked a weekend getaway for our wedding anniversary. We visited Buckroe Beach twice during our trip which is about (10-15 mins)away. There's is a motel that is on the beach, but I don't recommend staying there. Our Executive...
We were there for USTA tennis Sectionals. The hotel is 10 minutes from Huntington Park with great local restaurants on Mercury Blvd.. Rooms were clean, shower water was super hot for my sore muscles. We had a double bed room and the space was bigger than most rooms!! They let us check out late so I had time to come...
Make no mistake, the four rating is a solid four stars. Front desk was able and willing to accommodate a change in reservation and early check-in without any hassle. Room was well-maintained. Front desk also had a toothbrush handy, as I forgot mine.
Breakfast was a pleasure because they have an actual kitchen on-site, so the breakfast was cooked to...
Everything was okay beside the fact that one of the mattress needed to be clean. We called downstairs and was giving another room within minutes.
I have nothing negative to say about this hotel at all. I stayed for two nights on business. The staff was the most friendly and helpful as I've ever dealt with, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the grounds well maintained, and the breakfast was fantastic! I was told they only offer one free breakfast per room, but...
Bed wasn't that comfortable wish it was a little firmer. Overall it was okay.
Also wish they had free breakfast.
The service and room were top notch. The room was neat and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The staff also was knowledgeable of the area on restaurants and places to see not to mention pleasant to be around. I could not have been more pleased with my visit there.
Great location. Comfortablr beds. Nice lobby. Pool. Fitness center. Minutes from Buckroe beach
Cecilio Torres was a great host and very accommodating to all my needs. He made it a point to call me by my name whenever he saw me. I made a few request after hours from Dominique. Instead of telling me the restaurant had closed (which it did over an hour ago), he stayed to accommodate my request and a...
This visit I noticed the wear and tear of the sleeping rooms! It is time to think reno. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The lobby is fabulous and the oatmeal worth having again! It is across the street from a towne center with every eatery and amenity you can think of. Minutes from Hampton university and NASA.
We stayed for a long weekend as a birthday mini-road trip... Our first impression of the hotel was its friendly, efficient, and helpful front desk staff, who gave us some local dinner recommendations. The hotel is on a very quiet side street off of a large boulevard in Hampton- it takes about 30 minutes or so to drive to Virginia Beach, but there's a lot of restaurants and stores right across...
It was fine, the staff was excellent, but the facility needs a major deep cleaning as well as new carpet and paint.
The room we stayed in was on the 4th floor and was situated between two employee areas which gave us a feeling of privacy. They are large rooms with a surprisingly comfy sofa and king bed. Though there were a few stains peppered here and there, they did not detract from the super cleanliness of the room itself. The TV...
My daughter and I were staying with a sports team for the AAU Junior Olympics. The hotel was very convenient for our daily trips to the Boo Williams Sports Complex. Check-in was quick and easy, our room was clean, beds were comfortable (we had 2 queens) and the view from our balcony was great since we overlooked the pool area....
Stayed here while attending AAU Junior Olympics. Room was comfortable and convenient to parking lot which made settling in simple. Check-in was trouble free. Since there quite a few athletes staying there, the young lady made an effort to get us near the rest of the team. We were not scattered all over the place. Also, its location was a...
In town for a wedding
I have business, family & friends in the Hampton/VA Beach area & I visit often. This time was a business trip.
This hotel, like a couple others nearby, is very close [read:walking] to the Hampton Coliseum. It's right at the highway and lots of shopping, restaurants & fast food.
We didn't spend too much time using the hotel's amenities, but...
The room was not that i did on the reservation. The wifi signal it was awful...when i did check in they say breakfast is 700-1030 am but when i did show up to breakfast they say the breakfast is not for us....
I had three rooms reserved for the evening for family staying overnight in route to the Outer Banks the next day.
We were told over the phone during the reservation process that a free breakfast was included.
We were informed upon checkin that there was no free breakfast, there was an additinal charge for breakfast.
I appealed to the mgr...
I enjoyed my stay here. I was meeting up with friends at Buckroe Beach. It was a very short drive to the beach and there was a nice shopping center nearby. The staff was very kind and courteous I would definitely stay here again.
Comfortable and quiet
Stayed one night booked off the Marriott website at a rate of US$109 + tax which i thought was excellent value.
I arrived mid evening after driving down from Washington and eat in the hotel bar. Decent burger, decent wine by the glass and very friendly, helpful staff gave the restaurant/bar a better than average hotel restaurant/bar experience. Receptionist was...
Everything was perfect
I was there with my wife and grandson for a church business meeting. It satisfied all of our needs. It was in a good location easy to get too.
We recently stayed at the Courtyard Hampton location for two nights. We were placed on the first floor with amazing access to our vehicle and courtyard access to the pool! Our room was nice although the website stated mini frige and microwaves were in the room, our room lacked the microwave. My in laws were in a room next to...
It was very nice and relaxing!
Wanted to stay in Hampton so I could go to Virginia Beach during the day.
Recently I had the opportunity to visit family over the holiday and stayed at this property with my daughter. We both found the room comfortable and relaxing. The floor we were on was extremely quiet given we were told the hotel was sold out. The property has a restaurant onsite but given that the property is so conveniently located to...
The Courtyard Marriott is a clean, functional hotel. I was in Hampton area to visit family, and reserved a large suite for approximately $225. Excellent deal. The suite had a large living room and large bedroom, refrigerator and microwave. My suite was located in a quiet area with a balcony that overlooked a courtyard. The hotel has a Bistro that...
The hotel was very nice and clean. The only thing missing was continental breakfast. No breakfast. They do have a restaurant and Starbucks but you have to pay of course. Other than that, it was great! I really don't have any complaints. Enjoyed it.
We stayed four nights, and I have to say - Hampton Courtyard, I was impressed. I'm not saying I was expecting less, just pleasantly surprised.
Everything we needed was in a 10minute drive radius around us, the part of the hotel we were in was lovely and quiet, loved the Paul Mitchell shower products, staff were friendly, made sure we...
I was bitterly disappointed with this Marriott experience. We arrived at night and the hotel grounds are eerily dark. The parking lots are a little bit of a walking distance to the main entrance. When I made my reservation- days in advance- I requested an upper floor room. I was given a room on the first floor (Strike 1). Well...
Close to Hampton Coliseum. Nice accommodations. Prices a little high for items bought from their little store. Guess we paid for the convenience. Otherwise a nice place.
When I first entered the hotel I came through a side door and not the lobby. I was not impressed. The carpets were filthy and the walls were scuffed and dented. I was worried I had made a poor choice. I was very pleasantly surprised to find this first impression was wrong and my room was very clean, the carpet...
On a recent business trip, I got food poisoning from the Bistro in the hotel. I subsequently missed the last day of my trade show. When I reported it, the Manager said "Well sounds like she did some improper things during the food prep, but our oven is hot and should've killed the germs" Wow! Maybe they can change the...
Other than the weather the stay was perfect !
Great from destroy staff. I checked in around midnight and Linda at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. After a slight mishap with the key to my room it was a restful night. this was a top notch Marriott experience from the time of my check in to the time I departed I would and will stay...
Through Expedia.com I ordered my room. Got there and automatically was given my key ( took no more than 2min). The staff was kind and pleasing. So if ever I'm in Hampton again I know where I will be.
Overall, this hotel was not terrible. The lobby is gorgeous and the staff is friendly. But the elevator smelled like body odor and the hallways weren't much better.
The room was nice enough, but the blankets are very thin and the bathroom smelled odd as well. For the price, I'd expected a bit cleaner feel to it I suppose.
the hotel is located at a very beautiful place. the rooms are very spacious. the rooms are very neat and tidy. the staff of the hotel is very helping and caring. i like the hotel very much. the food is very tasty.
Clean, refreshing stay.
There is good and bad at this hotel. First the bad... the windows are filthy (see picture) I could hardly see out, looks like they have never been cleaned... inside or out. HVAC was noisy. Internet was fair. But you must pay if you want "upgraded" internet. I also included a picture of "rot" around the door frame in the...
Just a quick overnighter to be ready for an all day gymnastics competition nearby ... parent and athlete rested comfortably. Location was easy to find and it was nice a quiet. Loved the room location -- will consider staying there during summer months. It'd be even more perfect if we could get the same room for easy access to the pool.
Great stay. Very clean and staff is terrific. Great location and very convenient.
Staff was kind, room was immaculate. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
Room was nicely appointed with large flat screen TV, refrigerator, excellent desk work station and electrical outlet access, large clean bathroom and comfortable room temperature with blackout drapes.
This is our second stay here. Have another reservation in December too! Daughter is at a local bible school, we stay here when we visit. We did stay in two others in area and boo! I loved the way the employees treated us and each other.
Great location nice room.
They did not have our reservations from Hotels.com, but the employee was able to accommodate us for the same price that we were given. It was a little stressful that they didn't show a reservation for us. Considering that I always verify my reservations but didn't this time because your email stated there is no need to verify. If I use hotels.com again, I will definitely be double checking my...
I was in town for the Crab Crawlin 5k and Half Marathon. The entire weekend was a fantastic experience.
Room was clean and spacious and quiet. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Parking was abundant. The hotel is very convenient to the Colesium for race day.
Hotel is close to many amenities.
I highly recommend this hotel.
I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard in Hampton for an anime convention and was not disappointed at *ALL* in the hotel. Courteous and friendly staff, a great neighborhood, and barely anyone batted an eye as I wandered around in a costume =P.
I had a wonderful stay. It was quiet and nice overall. I really enjoyed it.
Amazing service, staff was great. kiki emoticon
The staff was professional and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was very nice.
I was very pleased with the room and amenities this hotel offered. We had a little trouble finding it but the service was great. The room was great and the customer service was superior.
Pleasant clean well kept.
Stayed here for 2 nights while attending a conference at the nearby convention center. Could have walked to the conventions center but weather was a little uncertain so choose to drive. Easy check in and rooms are about what your would expect. My room faced the courtyard and had a small balcony with chairs and a table. One of the...
This is a standard Courtyard if you've ever stayed at one. I find Courtyards confusing because I don't understand why they exist, but that's another subject for another day. This hotel is good in most ways. My room was on the ground floor near the lobby. The room itself was in okay condition. I felt that the bathroom could have...
Stayed here for one night for a half marathon. Location was great, walkable to the convention center. Room was clean, modern, nice bathroom. However, this hotel was not peaceful at all. Every time the room above us walked anywhere, we heard it. Every time someone down the hall opened or closed a door, we heard it. Every time someone had a conversation in a hallway, we heard it. I don't...
good stay
The front desk staff all went out of their way to make our visit a pleasure.
When we arrived, the sheets were dirty and had to be changed. The carpeting was ailed in places, but not horrible. Staff was nice . Had to ask for extra towels, but no big deal. Hot tub was closed because heater was broken, but it happens. We paid military rate. So not HUGE price. All in all, it was ok...
Paper thin walls ensured that I heard every sound in the adjacent rooms and the hallway. Fortunately, nothing too crazy was going on this particular Friday night and I only had to put up with every "normal" sound.
We stayed in three different hotels in hampton, three different trips to see daughter at college. The first two were not good at all,
I travel to Hampton, VA for business about 4 times each year. Always stay at this Courtyard. Very clean, friendly staff and good food (although a bit pricey) at their Bistro. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting or passing through Hampton, VA
My wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay here on our way to the Outer Banks for a weeks vacation. The hotel is located very close to the Hampton Coliseum with easy access off and on I-64. The hotel staff is wonderful, they show true southern hospitality in there welcoming you as well as when you leave, meaning...
Very clean and modern, with nice details like great beds and bedding, healthy food, drink specials, and better quality toiletries. The staff was so friendly, too. It is probably the cleanest and most updated hotel in that area, with great prices.
Great place to stay...but the rooms need a microwave
We stayed in Courtyard Marriott Hampton, during the recreational tennis event, and we loved it. This mid size Courtyard hotel was newly renovated with eclectic design, especially main lobby. It has a small gym and outdoor pool, which is a great place to chill with few drinks. The hotel's courtyard is also great and puts your mind to some beach...
One of the best hotels in Hampton, VA
The hotel was very clean and accomodating. The hotel staff was wonderful. One of the housekeeping personnel spent almost an hour helping us find an item. I was so grateful. I would highly recommend if you are going to Hampton stay with them.
My stay was wonderful in this hotel. It was in a great area for shopping, food, and more. There was even a Macy's nearby. My son was in a tournament at Boo Williams sports complex which was about a 5 minute car ride away. While others chose more expensive hotels across the street, we chose this one and we were not disappointed.
We arrived in Hampton early after a 10 hr ride. 8am. Our first hotel couldn't accommodate us until 4pm! We searched and found Courtyard and they were able to accommodate us and had a room available. The front desk was personable and understanding. Room was clean. Shower clean and hotel staff always greeted us. Enjoy your stay here, we did.
The desk staff were extremely accomodaitng, giving me very good directions to the room and the best place to park. The lobby is large, clean and very comfortable. The rooms very clean and spacious. Everything is up-to-date. This is a very good business hotel for a short to moderate stay. This hotel exceeded my expectations in almost every way. (getting...
Me, my SO, and our nine month baby stayed here for the weekend. We wanted to go to Virginia beach but it was too expensive to stay there. Here we were close and affordable. Everything was so nice, spacious , and clean. I would definitely recommend this place.
Stayed here 7/19/14. I checked in around 1130pm. Upon arriving the doors were locked but security let me in right away, that was nice in my opinion that the doors were locked and you could only get in with your keycard. My check-in time was very fast. The only thing I can say is that the female behind the desk...
first the good things....close to freeway, GREAT BED, and has a pool for the kids. Things that need improvement...sofa bed wasn't comfortable (no extra bedding in the closet), and the room had that "hotel" smell, perhaps smokers? But over all it was a NICE hotel.
The location is convenient to the Hampton coliseum and convention center. My room was clean and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I appreciated the fitness room - not much equipment but a good variety and sufficient for my needs.
I'd stay here again when traveling for business.
My room had a refrigerator which was helpful but my...
4.5star hotel
The room did not have a view but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and I would stay at this property again. The location is near a mall with lots of places to eat. Having never visited this place before it is a nice get away if you want to miss DC.
Easy access location.\n\nOur bathroom towel rack fell off of the wall. It was obvious that a real fix was not considered. Hopefully my feedback to the front desk was taken seriously and it was fixed right.

Friendly staff great location\n\nNo it was great\n\nVery clean very nice Courtyard
the location\n\neverything was good\n\nit a nice place to stay
Recent renovation. Great location. Excellent facility.\n\nNo microwave in room
The customer service that checked us in was very professional \n\nWe were moved twice. \n\nIt was okay.
Yes if you have a party of 4, you can't give a person a king size bed. Hotel advised me it was Priceline that picked the bed & they do not change because I made it through Priceline. However I was accommodated with 2 beds.
comfortable bed\n\nno complemantary coffee available in the lobby. i had to use the coffee maker in the room which made a mess and terrible coffee
The very best thing was its close proximity to everything. Minutes from all common attractions in the Hampton, VA area.\n\nYes. the Star Level did not match the hotel. If I didn't know any better, I would have guessed it to be a two star.\n\nThe hotel was very nice and clean. Very spacious rooms and had that "home" appeal. The reason I would have guessed it to be a two star, its 3 star...
Love the fact that they have balconies. .. next time I will Love to have a room in the third floor :)\n\nNop
One of the nicest Courtyards I've stayed at.\n\nThe maid was quite rude. The acted upset that she couldn't clean the room at 8:30am and had to come back. The rest of the staff was nice.\n\nGreat room.
The customer service and location.\n\nI didn't like that the hotel didn't offer breakfast, not even a continential breaksfast. For the quality, price level, and star-rating; breakfast should be offered.
Location to venues that my family was attending and the pool\n\nNo complimentary breakfast
The room was very nice and clean.\n\nI loved everything about the hotel.
The room was very clean and comfortable.\n\nThe hygien products.\n\nNice landscape, clean and clear entrance. Friendly and patient staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with nice white linen.
hotel and room is in excellent condition. super friendly staff\n\neverything was wonderful. I could see that the location would be a slight issue when the coliseum has events going on.\n\nHotel was quiet, and in excellent condition. Room was super clean, staff was very friendly
Staff respectful and friendly. The room was clean and roomy.\n\nEverything was beautiful.\n\nVery accommodating,in a very good area where there are stores, movies, bar everything you need in the area.
The room and the hotel in every respect was excellent.\n\nI recommend this hotel and location which is second to none. All of the staff make you feel like they are glad to have you.
All was very good. Clean, friendly, great location\n\nNO
Great room, nicely decorated and clean. No complaints.
The front part of the hotel was closed for construction, so the services were operating out of secondary spaces (conference rooms?) at the side of the property. Breakfast came with white closed-cell extruded polystyrene foam bowls and plates; not the standard for this chain. The little cartons of milk in the cooler were at room temperature, and the skim milk I poured on my granola was curdled....
Very good location. Having a restaurant there was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.Thank you.
It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!
Stayed in early December 2010. The second morning I pulled the sheet back and found a bed bug. Checked out and found a new hotel.
The housekeeping was terrible. They dumped coffee on our toothbrushes! They left used towels on the floor. They didn't replace shampoo, conditioner, or soap. They halfway re-made the bed - on top of the remote that was buried in the sheets!! They didn't give the correct class of room. Overall terrible service!
Did not utilize the amenities for this visit.
The smell of homemade chocolate cookies greets you Monday through Thursday at the front desk of this modern hotel, where the chef refills a bottomless basket. As the naval items on the walls suggest, this Marriott takes in the local influence. The pool is set amid landscaped grounds. The restaurant serves breakfast only. The price of a room is reduced for long-term stays.
I went to Hampton to enjoy the quilt show at the Hampton convention center. this hotel is an easy walk to the show. the people at the desk were pleasant. the room was clean, it was nice to look outside at the courtyard and be able to open the door to check the weather. there is an additional charge of $9.95 to get a full breakfast. But, without the quilt show, there is no reason to go here.
We stayed at the Courtyard while on a weekend visit to see my eldest son at Hampton University. The proximity to the University was ideal. Our room had a very comfortable king size bed and a sofa bed. The room was smaller than I expected and always felt overcrowded because we actually used the sofabed for our 4 year old. However, the room was clean and well maintained. All of the staff that I...
In ShortThe first Marriott hotel opened in 1957, and has since expanded to several different brands, with Courtyard serving business travelers. In addition to free daily newspaper delivery, media-equipped meeting rooms and buffet breakfasts in their on-site restaurant, most locations also offer The Market--a 24-hour shop for food and refreshments. Rooms include well-lit work spaces, ergonomic desk chairs, separate sitting areas and free high-speed Internet (participating locations). The front desk offers faxing, copying and printing services.
My stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Hampton, Virginia was perfect. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. This was the perfect getaway for me and my wife. The layout of the room was very nice and private. The breakfast buffet was great by far better than what you see at most hotels.
Clean, nice rooms, in-room fridge, good breakfast. They leave a USA Today at your door in the morning. I'd stay here again, although the location isn't the prettiest.
We chose this hotel because the other hotels in the area had bad reviews. This hotel is quite a bit more expensive than others in the immediate area. We expected it to be quite a bit nicer than others in the area but were not impressed with the room or the service. We expect that we could have stayed at another hotel in the same area and paid far less and probably had the same type of room and...
