The walls seem paper thin, there were guests staying at the hotel that seemed to be friends of the staff and partied all night. Even after calling the front desk and complaining the noise continued after they had been asked to keep quiet. These types of guests should be removed from the premises or the at least the guests staying that get no sleep because of their behavior be refunded.

The first night of our 3 night stay we had an issue with the air conditioner and toilet. When I reported the issues to the front desk they immediately sent up maintenance who had both issued resolved in a matter of minutes. Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous.
