Help us make it rightVery clean hotel; Employees were friendly and gave good service. I arrived late at night (3AM) after long drive from Texas and manager on duty (Henry) made sure we were taken cared with quality service. Recommend stay at hotel for those traveling thru area.
I have stayed at many Marriott Courtyard hotels, and this one was unusually nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room clean and large, and everything worked as it should.
The breakfast was made to order (scrambled eggs without the other stuff on the menu) and they were delicious! Kudos to the chef.
I received great professional service by front office manager "Lawana Baker", she has my check completely setup when I walk through the front door. She has ensured that my room has been set the way my profile has requested.
She has the correct personality to present a warm welcome to the weary traveler.
The staff at a Courtyard Richmond Chedter is excellent. Especially Nancy Florece and Belen from food & beverage! They are always willing to help and they are such warm people. That really makes you feel comfortable. It is a home away from home.

Staff was nice room was reasonably clean. No vending machines only over priced stuff in the lobby. Have stayed in much nicer hotels for less. Not a bad choice but not the best one for the money. No complimentary breakfast availiable. But furnishings were neat and newer.
