Good value for the money. We booked two rooms, one was updated,the other worn and shabby.
Everything was great! The staff was helpful, the rooms clean, but what was the best was little things like the free cookies, little library, good tasting coffee at any time. This helped us greatly especially with having the kiddos along!\n\nThere wasn't really anything major.
no batteries in tv remote control, receptionist was rude, had to pay to keep car parked in parking lot while gone and shuttle was over an hour wait when needed. Also, continental breakfast didn't start till later than needed.

Pool area was great! Continental breakfast was good and kids enjoyed the donuts that were provided each weekday. We did receive a wake up call very early in the morning that we did not request so I think that should be double checked before calling a room. Otherwise it was a good stay and we would stay here again.
Checked in at a timely hour, walked to the bus shuttle for summerfest less than a block over which was really convenient. Same goes for the return trip, the hotel location is very nice. the room was clean, well equipped, and inviting. The complimentary breakfast was ample and exceeded expectations. The hotel was great. My family and I liked the staff and the breakfast was great. The location was close to every place we needed to go. The only down thing I can think of is, the hotel residence are not allowed to invite guests to swim in the pool. I believe that the guest should be allowed to use the pool facility, but limited the amount of guests.

They charge daily parking fee now, which is deceiving. Park and Fly package used to be the main reason to stay there. The airport shuttle is "free." But, now the main reason I would avoid going back there is that there were other guests that made me feel uncomfortable. I could feel the reality of the crime issues there.
Almost all of the provided bed pillows were much harder than was comfortable for me. One of the extra on the shelf was better but still not what I preferred. I realize that some people might like the harder pillows but perhaps having a few of different densities would help assure that people would get what they prefer.
