Neat set up. My nails turned out amazing. Kim was very thorough and pleasant. A little frustrated about not knowing about the classic pedicure online because it only have the option of a signature pedicure when making the appointment. Shocked about a $55 pedicure which was not much more than the average pedicure elsewhere. But look beautiful also. So Kim did a good job on them too.

I enjoyed my visit for the first time to Coucoon. The staff's hospitality is a major factor that I want to go back. I had color correction done on my hair and the result was very satisfying, especially having to go through previous bad experiences, it was such a relief to leave the salon happy. Everyone was kind and courtious.

The only area I was less than satisfied was the polish job on minut nails. Out looks very amateurish with polish on some of theciticles and uneven application. I might ask for a different nail tech next time.

This is the first time I ever had a professional waxing and I was very impressed. The salon was very clean and upscale, quite professional. Amy made me feel comfortable and did a great job, she explained what she was doing and it didn't hurt. I will be back, she did a great job.

I am not pleased with my visit yesterday. I tried your "senior stylist" and asked that my hair be trimmed a half an inch and my roots taken care of. I wanted high and low lights on the root area so when my hair grows out, the roots won't be so obvious. 4 hours later (!), I left with shorter hair than I've ever had before and VERY blond hair. And it cost $265! I would really like my money back.

Every single staff member at Cocucoon is personable AND professional. I've scheduled appointments over the phone with Chris (one of the owners) twice now and he could not be more thorough and friendly. I love that I receive an email confirmation before AND follow up after. Amy for waxing is friendly and makes you feel very comfortable, I've seen her twice now. Kim for Manis and Pedis is amazing...

I'm very sorry to say that after many visits we have given up on this particular location. We discovered dickeys n Raleigh nc and when we discovered one being out in va beach (our home town) we were very excited. After our last visit we left very dissatisfied with service and food.
We ordered 2 adult meals. The adult meals were disgusting the meat was old as if it had been left under a warmer...
