I get as many things as I can here. Phones, TV, wedding rings, watches, bedding, clothes, and on and on. So many great things to get here so if you want to save money on many things give this place a try.
I have been a member of Costco for nearly thirty years. That was when they started in Hampton and I stayed with them when they moved to Newport News. I have never had a problem with any product that is sold by Costco. I will continue to shop there and not join any of the other Warehouse clubs.
*This review is solely on the tire center* I just want to thank Rodney for exquisite customer service and having so much patience with me! He got me the BEST deal in the area as I needed to replace all 4 tires and was trying to save a little bit of money. It was very busy in there and he was pleasant with everyone. Thank you for making what started out as a hectic day for me, much less stressful!
They should have stayed in Hampton. You could park with no trouble and people went there more. This store is a nightmare to visit. They should have another store in Hampton. LOVE Costco. LOVE! Hate Citicard. Very frustrated. They have been harassing us with calls for a bill that hadn't even come in the mail yet and was not overdue. Called me on my cell phone, refused to say who they were and hung up on me! May cut up the card. LOVE Costco, but not worth being disrespected by some customer service kid on the phone.
The manager on call I didn't catch his name but I was headin through the parking lot and I noticed the flag has come loose from the pole so I just called to let him know and that man deserves a beer and a raise for gettin on the matter so fast and actually seemed genuinely concerned about it and took care of it
Ok it's Friday and it's also the 1st of the month.... I called in a order to pick a pizza it's ready but I have to stand in line to pay for it and the line for the food court is longer than the regular lines .... there has to be a better way COSTCO MANAGEMENT!!!! love the store but this makes no sense I may have to go back to sams or bjs for all this ....
