These guys came out and repaired my heating unit for $380. This was after another company said I needed a new system for $5500 and it couldn't be repaired. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

No stars, terrible company to work with!! got different quotes and not very nice on the phone. I know they have had hard times in the past but get over it and maybe you need another customer service rep

They told me that they would have to knock a wall out to get to the gas valve in a furnace that THEY INSTALLED! when I cried foul, they said they would have to pull the whole unit to get at it. I called a different company and that tech pulled the valve out in less than 5 minutes without pulling out the whole furnace. Something fishy there.

Have no regard for thier customers time. They consistently fail to make scheduled appointments then claim emergency appointments take priority. The will consistently not show at the appointed time. I had to contact the BBB to resolve the lack of service under my service contract. use someone else!!!

If I could rate this company less, I would! I had been a customer for 7 years. Three years ago I had issue with them showing up for scheduled service times. They claimed that emergencies took priority. Understood, but after the third attempt by them to rescedule I threatened to drop them and they showed. …

They may be fast coming out to check and diagnose the problem but if you need a part plan on a week or more for certain parts to come in. The part I need is over a thousand dollars. The technician said they order their parts from Texas. They probably use UPS and they are slow and the cheapest. Use this company. They are prompt, professional and the prices are great. They will get in, get the job done, and get out leaving you with heat or air. They respond to calls quickly and check up on customers to make sure all is ok. They are a must. I highly recommend them to anyone.
