I'm one of their club members. They came out yesterday afternoon to do the annual furnace checkup. They turned the gas on and left it on and didn't tell me. I woke up this morning to my house full of gas. My house smells like gas really bad. My little son and I could have died from it.

Had a recent service issue, but owner responded to my online comments and also had a really good conversation with Alisha. They really care about what they do and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. They took my comments as an opportunity to be a better company. I would recommend them without hesitation.

What an amazing company, I couldn't be more happy with the end result!!!!! From Tim the comfort advisor, Jacob and Eric the technicians and Tim the supervisor...a group of true and honest professionals that I would recommend to anyone! This was a whole house redo and they never stopped! I can't say THANK YOU enough!!!!

Gas heater stopped putting out hot air. Called Classic Air 1 hour heating & Cooling and the tech came out (house call is $109.00) and in about 10 minutes he found the Flame Sensor P/N PSE-YK2 (York brand) was not working. I found out about Classic Air one searching Google. Their website was in depth and provided me enough information to call. I called and received help from Wendy the receptionist. They were on time with courteous professional installers. They cleaned up and did no damage to my property and flowers. They corrected a whistle in my system by adding a return that was not part of the original contract.

Same day service and it was 100 degrees. The technician was on time, wore his "Booties" to protect my carpet, and fixed it right. They even called me the next day to make certain that I was satisfied.

I felt like I was being pushed to make repairs that didn't need to be made. The service technician was wonderful, friendly, and informative, but I got the distinct impression that he was under pressure to sell me more than what I needed. I was impressed by the technician but not by the company.
