It's particularly "fun on the patio" of these New American bistros offering burgers, pastas and salads washed down with "fancy cocktails" and a "great beer selection"; "friendly" service and "affordable" tabs are reasons why they're often "mobbed" with "cool crowds", and thus ideal for "people-watching."
I chose Circa for my birthday dinner based on previous excellent lunches there. Service, food and drinks were all wonderful. The birthday candle in my dessert was a nice touch without being over the top - I appreciate that!
I've been here several times. The food was great as always and the wait service was excellent. My only complaint is the table in the middle of the room. I asked the hostess for a side table and she said they were all reserved. One stayed open the whole time so she was lying.
I return to this Circa because they consistently take care of me. Giving me the table I request and their food is consistently delicious.
Birthday - no one asked about any birthday which was weird and I did put in my note when I made reservation that it was for my mom’s birthday. Nothing happened so we got our check? Paid and leave. Food was really good tho!

Loved CIRCA! The brunch menu was super diverse and there's something for everyone. All the menu items were very reasonably priced - $6 mimosas is pretty good compared to a lot of the other places in Arlington. Great environment and vibe. Definitely will return.

We had an 11:00 reservation. Perfect! By the time we left around 1:00, it was very noisy. Happy we came early.

Celebrated five years together and was so appreciate of how well the Circa staff always takes care of us.
The lovster ravioli was horrible - I almost sent it back. The shrimp was salty & little to no lobster -- over all sub average. My girlfriend's fish entree was average - little no taste or creativity. Waitress was nice but it's also loud This is NOT a 4 star experience - at best a 3 & our dishes a 2.5 forcrge price

Circa is a go-to spot for us. We come all the time, mostly for brunch, and enjoy it. The service is a bit harried, as in you have to ask multiple times for more ketchup or syrup (they give you about a dram of each) and half and half if you don't get it up front. That gets irritating when you're sitting there waiting to eat until one person in the party gets their syrup. Anyway...that syrup does...
Unfortunately I asked a burger be well done, had to send back twice. Still was not really right. One thing they did not charge me for the burger and were apologetic.

Outstanding as always. One of the few restaurants we go to where everyone always cleans their plates completely. For dinner I have so far had the scallops, the lobster ravioli and shrimp, and then short rib, and all are fantastic. Chocolate torte dessert is great. Brunch is lovely as well!

Went here for a reunion with a friend and her daughter whom I hadn't seen in 20 yrs. The food and service was outstanding!! Great neighborhood restaurant, the lettuce wraps were extremely good and the short rib dinner was outstanding. My guests truly enjoyed the jambalaya and the lobster ravioli. Definitely a must try!! We wanted a restaurant with fun cocktails and a varied menu. We weren’t disappointed. Great cocktails, delicious food, nice ambiance—though for dinner, I could have done without the TV’s. My meal was so good, I’m hoping to try to recreate it at home.

I wish they would’ve had something on their site stating whether or not they’d have their brunch menu for New Year’s Day. They said they only do brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, and big holidays.
