joint is ass... straight up chips dryer than dry brah. the guac is something slight and atmosphere is off putting. Don't get the queso, haven't tried it but i'm sure it'll send you to the toilet

This location consistently has mushy tomato salsa. It tastes like the tomatoes used are well past ripe. On top of that I notice compared to other portions they tend to skimp out on how much meat & rice they give you... Staff is always nice though, A+ people work there. The issues are clearly managerial & not the fault of the food line/prep crew.

Chipotle is chipotle, your either a fan or not (but lets be honest, we are all fans at heart!). I wanted to give a shout out to this location for being on top of it! The food was prepped well, everything looked clean and fresh. Also the staff was superb! Im not sure who was working the cash register, but she was polite, friendly and even bussed our table after we ate! Thank you.

Everything we good but just thrown together, sort of cafeteria style. Servings are large so you get plenty to eat, also many selections to add to your choice of food.

I already love Chipotle, but I found this a very good one. The food was not overly salted like at some, and it was hotter than I find at some Chipotle restaurants. We had a great meal and would definitely stop again if in the area.

I love Chipotle, but a couple months ago I ordered online to the west grace st store by V.C.U. campus, when I got there they made my food right away but the chicken they made was horrible. It was extremely burnt with a thick dark crust. Then they piled everything else on top of it to hide the burnt meat. Me and a few of my coworkers just left and our chicken is burnt to the point of no return. This will be our last visit to Chipotle. I'm very disappointed.

I am a big fan of Chipotle. I have been a Taco fan from day one. But I was unhappy with this particular branch of Chipotle. It was very "unclean", "unhygienic" and everything in a "mess". Food was exactly as you'd expect at Chipotle (delicious). Service is slightly slower here -- the staff doesn't seem quite as proficient as other locations. They were still very friendly. There is a small lot out front, but it's usually full. It's clean.
