My chimney had pulled away from home and was unable to be used, the team at chimney doctors was able to fix my problem in a timely manner with a fair price at that. I would refer this company to anyone with chimney issues! Job well done!

They are hard-working and honest, did a good job for a reasonable price and got it done on time. However, they made a few mistakes in the process of replacing a firebox and flue and I had to point out some of them; which they corrected without argument. I was given a price of $65.00 for cleaning. When the job was done I was told it was $135.00. I was told that I misunderstood and the price was for cleaning and inspection. I did not request an inspection.

Very poor customer service to women. They bullied my wife into overpaying for a chimney sweep and then didn't clean-up after themselves when they left. Then made a joke along the lines that it was a woman's job when we inquired about who was going to clean it up. Not funny chimney doctor!!!

This local Chimney Doctors cannot be trusted to keep their word. I called them to seal off my chimney after the Nov/Dec nor'easter and they came out 12/2 to look at what had to be done.
