When I write this Chick-Fil-A sits as the number 5 rated restaurant in Chesapeake. Come on now - this is fast food. It's good fast food, yes, but still fast food. We visited 3 or 4 different Chick-fi-A's while on vacation in the States this Winter. Once we ate at one we were hooked and looked for them everywhere we went on the way home to Ontario, Canada. Sadly we don't have them there. Do yourself a favor and visit the closest one to you today!!!!

I like fast food as well as the next guy. but it is still fast food. service can be great and the food can be great but it doesn't compare to a real dine in restaurant. so at that point it is only average. sorry guys.

Ok, the way this business runs.....how can a customer walk away unhappy?! The workers treat you amazing, though they stay busy at times, everyone seems to do their very best at helping you and getting what you need as quickly as possible! The kids nights are SO fun, your kids will think it's their birthday or something along those lines...

The title says it all! Great Food, great service and reasonable prices. The Chick fil a sauce is particularly nice - a mix of mustard and barbecue sauce it MUST be tried! The chicken on a bagel with egg? A little unusual, but it works wonderfully, especially when you add some of that chick fil a sauce! WOW!

Chick-fil-a at Chesapeake Square mall(outside) and Battlefield Blvd.should be a model for All restaurants. The food is great (almost always hot), very tolerate with coupons, family oriented, reasonably priced, and more importantly, they have the BEST customer service of any restaurant. I love hearing "my pleasure".

This is often very busy but they are able to move the traffic (inside and out) very well. They often do special things like (Daddy-daughter date night.) The staff is great and the food is great (just as you would expect from any Chick-Fil-A!) They also have a wonderful facebook page with great "fan of the week" prizes! Customer service...

Food is fabulous! It's also very, very family friendly. The one on Battlefield North in Chesapeake, VA even has extra diapers and wipes in the restroom! Way to go, Chick-fil-A! Great service, food and atmosphere keep us coming back for more at restaurants all over the country.

The food is just like any other chick-fil-a. This particular store is always extremely busy and has not learned to manage a mass amount of customers, otherwise this would be a great store.

The chicken is as good as it was when they made it over 25 years ago when I was a kid. It has a slightly sweet flavor and is very very juicy. The chicken nuggets are just as good. Reccomend the standard chicken sandwich with pickles. Nothing need be added to make it tasty. yum
