Not a great place to rent a bike. We used the 11th st location. The person manning that place was most unhelpful. We rented two bikes but were given no choices at all. We had to take whatever he had. Consider renting from some other places. I think you can find better deals

Website is deceiving, poor customer service. My son and I wanted to rent bikes with gears for exploring the town and outside of town, website lists mountain/geared bikes. Rent the cruisers if you want an enjoyable, relaxing bike ride on the boardwalk. DO NOT rent the family 4 seater as it weighs a ton and is difficult to pedal and steer.

RIP OFF..... we rented for one hour.... when we drove back by at the 1 hour we asked if we could keep it for 2 hrs and the guy said yes..... so when we brought it back after 2 hours he says.... you're late so I have to charge you another $29 instead of the total of $34 for 2 hours .which no one told us we could do...and he says.... well you didn't ask....what the f*** is that s***.....fkg...

Warning: If you all are not in good shape you will be sore. It looks like good way to see the sights but it's actually a good workout. You sweat & probably have to take a few along the way.

Easy process and not that expensive considering you're renting a bike (or trolley) to go anywhere for an hour on the beach. I paid $8 for a cruiser bike, and I went up and down the boardwalk...

This bike rental business is not customer friendly and the manager Launi is not nice... Bikes are junk and they are not willing to accept coupons or tell you about coupons when renting even when asked if they discount based on number of bikes rented... Not willing to work with the customers and the workers barely speak English... Run as fast as you can from these people because they will eat...
