Mr. Womack was a GREAT agent, I saw him in one beautiful home in the Homearama "riverfront" in suffolk, contacted him about a rental property and when I had a meeting with him one day he explain to me about the home buying process, which had me to start look for a home and now i am a home owner and not renting no longer.
