Ms. Allen was extremely professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and informative. I was selling a Virginia Beach property while living in Northern Virginia. Nancy Chandler and Associates are nothing but a scam. They make it nearly impossible to move out, mandating tenants professionally clean the units and floors using only their approved vendors. I've never been treated so poorly or unprofessional in my life until I encountered not one but two of their agents. Unprofessional, lazy, and racist to say the least. They treated our police family like dirt. If your wondering why your house has not sold and you are working with them, it's probably because they treat people poorly. Do not patronize this company.

My sister has now hit day 20 of no air-conditioning, and there's no end in sight. A word of advice: never EVER rent from Nancy Chandler Associates. Her condo has been 90 degrees for 20 days. This is not how you treat people.
