Chad Burkhardt of Chad tree Experts is a transient conman. Please note what I missed, all positive reviews were 2012. He was paid to remove a large tree for me. I mailed the check to the address on his proposal and let him know it was in the mail. He called me and asked me to stop payment and send to another address, which I did. A month after the check was cashed, the tree was still standing and he was not returning calls. A visit to the address the check was sent to revealed he had been staying with a friend and had moved on. Given that, I doubt he has the equipment to trim a hedge, let alone do a large job. I will be filing with the attorney general as well as small claims court, but want to save others from this thief.

They cut down an entire giant dead elm tree that was right over three utility lines, removed a large maple branch that threatened our electric line, removed some other branches on more trees.
A professional, seasoned crew with modern equipment, very safety-oriented, well-trained, smart, conscientious, friendly, helpful, strong, quick. Removed flowers at the base of the tree so they could be replanted (without being asked).
Did a great cleanup. Arrived 5 minutes early, finished in less than two hours.
Fast response and very professional work. Chad and his team did a great job removing 2 trees that were close to power lines. They showed up on time and worked very hard. They ground the stumps to below grade. Everything was left neat & tidy. I'll definitely use them again.
Chad was super friendly and knowledgeable about everything our tree needed and gave us a ton of helpful information about upkeep. He had an answer to all of our questions and pointed out things we never would have thought of. Chad Tree Experts are a real deal. Very knowledgeable, really great at their job and they charge a fair price. But also what's important to me is that they are fully licensed and insured, so you know that everything is taken care of. I suggest everybody who need tree service to give them a try.
Today Chad and his team came over and took down this huge old maple tree in my front yard. No mess no hassle, quick and professional. They left the site absolutely cleaned. Very nice and friendly team and they don't overcharge, the price was just right for the job. If you need any sort of tree service I definitely recommend Chad Tree Experts for the job!

I have two 30-foot trees next to my house that were in need of some pruning. After Chad Tree Experts came out and gave me a very fair estimate, it was a no-brainer to have them do the work. First of all Chad is simply a lovely person. I called him for an estimate
and he called me back promptly and was able to come that same
day....amazing, that! He asked good questions and seemed to really
get what I was needing....a lot of tree trimming,
pruning and general clean up. We scheduled
for later that week and he arrived as promised with his crew and equipment.
His quote for the job was beyond reasonable. The quality of the work was outstanding. And they cleaned up and hauled off all debris.

Had a very good experience with Chad Tree Experts. Their quote was substantially less than 2 other ones I had from other reputable companies. They did the work on time and cleaned up nicely. Even took out an additional tree at no cost. Highly recommended. And we'll be definitely using them again.
Very satisfied with their service. I called Chad Tree Experts to help to get rid of a few stumps in my back yard my kids kept tripping on..Everything was removed, and they even gave us the left over wood chips to use with our landscaping.
These guys are the best! They were professional and timely in from day one and ever since til the job is done. The crew was really efficient and nice. They left the site cleaner than when they found it. Chad came out and did estimates and stuck to the price, which was very, very reasonable. Chad Tree Experts were very highly referred to me by a tree expert. I have four very large trees that hadn't been pruned in many years. I recently had someone else trim a couple of small trees that I wasn't happy with the outcome. Well, Chad Tree Experts outdid themselves. The trees look wonderful and exceeded my expectations. They took some height off and thinned them out a lot and they did it in such a way that they are still very pleasing to the eye. Outstanding job. Priced fairly.
These guys were great. We had an overgrown (street) ficus tree that had been neglected for years by the previous owners. We also needed an old stump ground out of the sidewalk. It was simple to make an appointment. They came when they said they would. They did the job very well - everyone in our 4 unit place was amazed the tree trim looked so good. And they didn't charge much. We are also having them come back to plant a tree in the space where they ground out the stump. Also a reasonable price. Chad Tree Experts are great. You will be pleased.
Had a great experience with Chad Tree Experts. We had a tree that desperately needed trimming and came out and assessed the tree a day after we contacted them. I recently hired Chad Tree Experts to remove some trees in our backyard and I have to say that I am beyond thrilled with the work they have done. It was just such a fast and clean job. They did a wonderful job at cleanup as well. And the price was just right...I will be hiring them again.
I have tried many tree service companies, but not even one of them is as good as Chad Tree Experts. The customer service, the quality of work and affordability is outstanding. it seems like they are the only company that understands the pressure of bad economy. Scheduled an estimate, and they said they would be back in a few days. Did not call for a week, when they did, they said they were coming that day. No show. Called, no call back. Finally called to reschedule another week later, they did not show. Came two days later, but did not do the work - they said "they would return in 45 min" and never came back.
