GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE TO BUY A CAR. They will force you into buying warranties you don't need (which is against the law) and lie to your face saying you need it to get a loan and then when confronted about it lie again and say they never said that! We have been dealing with them ALL WEEK. They sold the first car we were supposedly had papers being drawn up and now today they said they have found another one for us but we just learned that they aren't sure if that one sold or not. Did I mention I told them that I leave tomorrow night for A MONTH???? I'm stressed and pissed beyond belief right now!!!!

We was suppose to ride three hours for a used vehical they had. Early in the week we left a deposit for them to hold till I could get down on a Saturday my only day off work ! 2 1/2 hours into ride get phone call saying they had sold vehicle the day before. Would not recommend them to anyone

Bought a car at Casey Toyota a year ago and had nothing but problems with it. Went and got my free inspection done on it, just to have it fail for illegal tint in rear window. The tint was on the car when I bought it and drove it off the lot and they were the ones who did the inspection prior to me buying the car. They admit to marking up parts by 40%. This place is a joke. I wouldn't recommend...

Saw a used sienna on here with a good price. Called and confirm the price with the saleman. Drove 40 mile one way to get there only to be told that the price listed on cars.com and autotrader is wrong. the new price is now the listed price plus some Purchase Orders (PO). Brought our Toyota in for a minor issue (later repaired by me without any real mechanical skill for $158 part cost) and was told by Casey that the part needed cost $367 and the mechanic had inadvertently stripped manifold threads while trying to remove it and new manifold would be needed at about $1300 for grand total near $1700. I highly recommend staying away from the service department as their number one goal is to extort as much money from you as possible without actually providing any support when things go wrong with the parts they sold you.
