The salesman did not disclose the full details of the contract on our used car purchase. He omitted the charge for the additional $2,000 warranty charge and totally messed up the primary and co-sign on loan paperwork. I had considered buying a truck at Casey's but after reading the reviews I must say that would be a mistake. Maybe more people needed to read these reviews and maybe Casey's would change their approach to the customer. Without the customer Casey's is history.

My husband took his Caprice in to have them look at an issue that was causing the engine to over heat. we thought they would check for engine damage but we found out that all they had done was tell us what was causing it.
