Help us make it rightCarrabba's Italian Grill is a restaurant that offers delicious italian food. The chefs at Carrabba's Italian Grill have a special method of preparing the italian dishes, using fresh ingredients delivered every day, classic italian recipes and unique cooking techniques. At Carrabba's Italian Grill you can choose from a large variety of delicious dishes.
Carrabba's offers flavorful, handmade Italian dishes prepared to order in a lively display kitchen. Specialties include a variety of fresh fish, seafood and meats cooked over a wood-fired grill. Serving dinner nightly.
This restaurant chain offers takeout of all items, and customers can watch their meals being prepared on the open grill, which dominates the interior. The menu features lots of grilled items, pizzas and pastas. There are many pizzas to choose from, and even more if you add all the variations that a customer can have on their Ti Piace pizza (Italian for create your own). But not everyone comes...
We were hoping for a good dinner it didn't happen. We got seated and menu placed in front of us that was the last thing that happened to us no water, or someone to take our order. I try to get someone's attention no luck so after 20 minutes of waiting we left. I told the receptionist and got a...
The service was OK - the food typical of Carrabba's - however, it was a bit dirty. Not up to the normal quality.
There were about 36 of us and we were seated in the middle of the restaurant. Staff were attentive and courteous. I believe everyone was happy with his/her meal. I chose the spicy lentils and sausage soup which was excellent. My entree was spaghetti with sausages. The pasta was over cooked and I sent it back asking for al dente....
We were looking for an Italian restaurant, our first choice had already closed for lunch. Driving by this appeared to look nice. The service was great but food the food was not. I had a chicken Ceasar salad. It was far from a typical Ceasar salad. I am not sure what the dressing was, it was not a Ceasar dressing...
We make frequent visits to Williamsburg from Suffolk and before we return home we usually stop at this store to eat. We noticed right way the inside had been remodeled and it looked really nice. There were also some new menu items available. I ordered the linguini with clam sauce and my wife ordered a grilled chicken dish with pasta....
We made a call-ahead for our dinner here since it was a Saturday and the Kentucky Derby was on. When I called I specifically requested a table in the bar area so we could watch the race while eating. When we arrived they had us down for a call-ahead, but, the person taking it earlier in the day did not...
I was in Williamsburg last week to pick up our daughter from college. After an exhausting day moving her out of her dorm, it was wonderful to roll into Carrabba's for a relaxing, delicious meal. We had eaten there before and thoroughly enjoyed both the food and atmosphere. This time was no different- except for one thing..I accidentally left my...
Carrabba's was able to get in a party of 16. We called before we left the golf course on a Thursday evening. We all sat the long table with stools near the bar. The food was excellent and the staff were great.
I'm a huge carrabba's fan. This one is below standard. We called ahead, the told us 5 minute wait, 10 minutes later when we arrived, 30 minute wait... But since we called ahead, blaa blaa
The important part is the food. The portions were off, as was the presentation. I got the impression the chef was disinterested in the dishes...
Up until this visit I had found Carrabba's to be a consistently good chain. Service was ok, but the food was not. Hubby requested pasta with garlic, olive oil, and sausage - this was a menu item without the usual tomatoes. No garlic, no flavor, dry.
I had lobster ravioli , which must have snoozed under the heat lamp. Sauce...
Group of 7. Everyone satisfied with their meal. Veal marsala was tender and plentiful. Cavatappi could have used a bit more sauce, but pasta was perfectly al dente. One of the seafood specials was delicious, and the seafood skewer was also appreciated. Even the accompanying rice was rich in flavor.
Initially, we were not given the Mother's Day special drink...
We typically try new places while on vacation, but Carrabba's is always delicious, consistent and good service. Hubby and daughter split the Steak Marsala, which they always love here. I had the chicken bryan/steak Marsala combo. It was excellent. We always love the bread and dipping oil as well. Great service and we actually purchased the $50 gift card, in...
Our family of five came here for lunch on Saturday (April 2) and we were seated right away in a comfortable booth. Ashley was our server and she did a superior job taking care of our desires! Our granddaughter had spaghetti and meatballs, her favorite dish here. My wife and I had the Chicken Bryan and enjoyed!
We all went...
This was only my second time at a Carrabba's. One of my favorite places to eat. Their food is consistantly amazing.
We went to Carrabba' s for a nice family dinner. Our family had pizza, salad, and ravioli. The pizza was very popular that night because there was a special deal on them. The restaurant smelled bad, probably like cheese, but the atmosphere was good. If you were to order pizza at Carrabba' s, go on Wednesdays for the weekly pizza...
EVERYTHING was cold. I was so disappointed. We all ordered chicken Marsala and it wa cold. It wasn't very busy, so I don't know why our food would have gotten cold, but service was slow and the food was cold. Mashed potatoes (cold), brocolli (cold), gravy (cold)...and we asked them to bring us a side of gravy, so it should...
I know I'm not supposed to enjoy a chain, but this is always a great experience over the years. I'm only an occasional diner here since we only visit Williamsburg about once each year. The salmon and chicken are very nice and dependable. We just were not interested in an experiment on our first night in town and we have...
We went for the Tuesday night special of 3 small plates (Mozzarella Rustica is amazing) for $12.99 and proceeded to order the pork chops and veal chop for dinner and finished with some nice desserts. A clean , pleasant atmosphere and an excellent wait staff (a rare thing in Williamsburg). We have added Carrabbas to our go to list for...
I can't recall the last time my entire party was disappointed with food quality. Three of us for dinner arrived around 730. All our food arrived lukewarm and it was all relatively bland. The only reason this rating is average is the wait staff was excellent. No way we'll go back.
Upon arrival we had to wait but we were given the buzzer and invited to to look around at the Yankee Candle store which I thought was great. the wait was not long but the food and service was worth it. the staff was very pleasant and the atmosphere was very comfortable and inviting.
Carrabba's is probably the same wherever you go, but it's a nice place for a reasonably quick Italian meal. We had a very nice server, Zoe. I had their sausage & lentil soup which I hadn't remembered was so spicy, but it's still good. My husband's salad looked excellent. We shared an appetizer of mussels which were nice but there...
Ok. Where to begin here. Took my wife, daughter and son-in-law to Carrabba's for supper. Our waitress whose name I do not remember was very friendly and a wonderful server. She was the only good part of the night. We ordered drinks for starters and an appetizer. My wife's drink was so strong that she had to ask for a...
Called ahead for seating as were bringing a family of nine during the holidays. Our table was ready upon arrival and we were seated immediately. Our server Ashley took our drink orders and brought us two baskets of their tasty bread with oil for dipping.
My grandkids ordered their favorites and we adults had our favorite entrees. Ashley handled our...
Headed over to Milano's for a nice Italian New Years eve dinner and to our surprise they were closed. Just as well I have been wanting to go back to Carrabba's Italian Restaurant. Had been to one years ago in NC. Started off with a glass of wine and bread. The bread was warm and served with herbs and olive...
Great Italian food! If you come to Williamsburg Va make sure and stop here!
It is great food you will really enjoy it!
On a busy Saturday nite before Christmas, I ventured into the Williamsburg Carrabba's. The overall experience was wonderful. The only drawback is that one of the bartenders was a tad rude the servers and some guests. Even if he was kidding, I found it somewhat unprofessional.
We have never had a bad meal at your restaurant. The staff is quite friendly and most helpful. We had a half hour wait in the lobby but it was worth it. We had a chance to ttalk with others while waiting and it was a friendly atmosphere. Our dinner was excellent!!!
This place is always bustling. This is like the place Yogi commented on to a rookie one time. He said, "Nobody goes there anymore. It's too crowded."
The bread and olive oil spiced dip is marvelous. But aside from knowing exactly how long to cook the pasta, they use copious amounts of olive oil and offer generous fresh, grated parmesan.
Carraba's is fairly widely dispersed round the country. The menu is similar in all locations. The menu has recently been revised and probably not for the better. The option for smaller entrees have been eliminated and an additional charge added for various sauces. The service is good, the bread good, the food reliably good. We have often seen people waiting...
appetizer and entrees were both very good. Waitress was friendly and checked in frequently. Large menu with entrees for all tastes.
We ate at this Carrabas on November 11, 2015. We enjoyed our meals, everything was great, and the wait to be seated was much shorter than advertised. We'd eat there again.
My wife and I lunched here today, along with throngs of Christmas shoppers. The restaurant was really slammed with people, but the staff was cool-headed and hustling. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait, and 17 minutes later led to our table. Our waiter Joseph quickly took our order for a bottle of wine and brought it...
Carrabba's has managed to be a chain without that sterile feeling. There are lots of wonderful places to eat in Williamsburg, and along Rte 60 every national chain is represented, but the one place we always come back to is Carrabba's. The food is good, there's a solid wine selection with respectable pours, the service is good, it's open every...
I enjoyed sitting in the kitchen area. The chefs took the time to see how my meal was and it was very interesting watching them prepare the food for the dining room.
We had them cater a dinner party for us and both the staff and management were just wonderful. The chicken Bryan held up beautifully and they packaged everything perfectly for serving.
What a awesome waitress. She was personable and friendly to a solo diner. The food came out well prepared and I have absolutely no complaints about my food.
This place has been a hit or miss for me. This my usual go to place when I'm looking for my Italian food fix. Service is usually fine. Can be spotty here and there. When it's slow service is great. When it's busy. You can forget it. Otherwise food is very good. I would recommend
Prompt service, excellent food and friendly staff. What more can you ask for in a meal? Definitely will visit again in the future.
We went to dinner here because last time we were in Williamsburg the food was excellent. Our server was excellent. My granddaughter and my sister in law both ordered shrimp with their pasta. My granddaughter's shrimp was raw and it was returned. The server not only brought her new shrimp but also gave a new order to my sister in...
This was my second time eating at Carraba's but my first time at the Williamsburg location. It was my wife's first time. We had my wife's godparent's with us. My wife and I ordered appetizers for...
It is a franchise, but always good food. Bar has great bar bite & drink specials. This is a familiar, safe bet. So glad they are open for lunch.
We visited Carrabba's in Williamsburg for the second time in 18 months on Thursday, October 22, 2015 for lunch. The service was slow even though the lunch crowd was rather light. We ordered a bottle of wine for the table. Five minutes later the waiter came back and informed us the wine we ordered was not available. It then took...
Crowded, noisy, and average service. Food slightly above average in variety, although much less than average in quality. Food lacked reasonable amounts of sauce on the pasta dishes. This can be an issue whenever a person must wait for the meal, and then wait again due to a request for more sauce. Management did not seem have any desires to...
Party of six. Food and service excellent. Veal Marsala is the best. Can't go wrong eating here. Also calamari was perfect.
My wife and I lunched here and were again happy to have a great dining experience! Our server Marissa was excellent, and our food was cooked exactly as we ordered it. We both had the Chicken Bryan--one of my favorite dishes here. The wine came well-chilled, the bread and the entrees nice and hot. It's always great here!
After shopping at the Outlets or Yankee Candle, Carrabba's is a great place for lunch. They have nice salad and sandwich combo's or soup and salad combo's. Pretty decor and friendly service too.
Make your own pasta was fabulous! Mine was angel hair pasta with spinach, mushrooms and alfredo. Perfect!
This is a chain but better than average Italian food for a chain. Specials are very cost effective combinations. Food is very good.
Hubby & I both enjoyed an excellent meal. I had the most delicious chicken Parmesan and my hubby had the shrimp & scallop dinner. Both meals were cooked to perfection and were very generous portions.
Our server Thomas was a very personable young man who was very knowledgable about the menu and eager to please.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience...
This Carrabba's was certainly different from the ones in our state. There was no oil on the table for you to make according to your taste buds. You received pre-made oil and seasonings in a saucer upon request. I ordered minestrone soup and returned it twice due to being cold. Did not receive any offer for an appetizer or discount...
We told our waitress that we were hungry and she brought our pizza first and than she took the rest of our orders. We loved her. The bread and the Italian olive oil dip was great. We had mussels, salad, chicken and sirloin. It was a good meal.
Great place for a tourist town food always consistent
Wish there was one where I live. The food and waitress was wonderful.
Last night we took our kids to Carabbas. This was our first experience eating there, and my first impression was that the restaurant itself was inviting! My kids had pizza and spaghetti and...

Great Food, Friendly Service and Good Value ... Ryan is a good manager and his Team are fun.
Good food. Good service. Enjoyable experience.
The Calamari was the best I ever had
The Williamsburg Carrabba's was my first experience at the chain. They had some good pasta.
Problems addressed. We ate here on 3/17/2012. The service was good. The food was the worst I have ever had at a Carrabba's. The Caesar Salad was under-seasoned and under-dressed. The Chicken Parm was burned to a crisp. I'm not shy with either criticism or praise and addressed the burned chicken with the waiter. He wisely contacted management and the manager compensated appropriately. We will...

The food was ok, the service was indifferent. But they did redeem themselves when they fixed my husband's meal which was cold and gave us a free mini dessert
It's rare that I would ever give a 5 star rating, nevermind to a chain restaurant but the food was PHENOMENAL! I had the Sicilian Chicken Soup and the Pasta Weesie (fettuccine alfredo with shrimp and…
As part of a large and demanding party, we received excellent service with the correct combination of humor and business paired with good advice and understanding. The food was served quickly and…
Great Food. The food here is solid. Typical chain restaurant but the food is good and tastes a lot better than Olive Garden.

Yet another great dinner at Carrabba's!I had the lobster ravioli which was rich and creamy! But the chicken parmesan was the best I've had in any Italian restaurant. The chicken was juicy and not overcooked or undercooked. It was…
This is the best italian food around. I love itaian food and this place is awesome. You will pay a little more than your average Italian place but its well worth it. Great atomosphere and very friendly people. My husband took me here for…
The italian food served here is not your typical Olive Garden. Price is about the same as Olive Garden but the food is better (in my opinion). I suggest the chicken and goat cheese with sun dried tomatoes... it is delicious. If you want…
