These folks are great. The spa quit working, they had someone come that day to fix it. One of the kids clogged up the toilet, they had someone come that day to fix it. Their website works well. We had an excellent experience with Carolina Designs. There were some maintenance issues that needed addressing and Michelle in the maintenance department was on top of it immediately. She continuously stayed in contact with us until the problem was resolved to our satisfaction and also followed up to ensure all was still well.
