Outstanding, prompt and professional service from this local Norfolk business. I brought in two stereo receivers - a Panasonic and an RCA - both were 2002-vintage 5-CD and cassette/FM/AM units - not your run-of-the-mill stuff. Both were suffering from CD changer problems. I brought the units in on a Tuesday. They were both fully repaired three days later and work like brand new. The staff is courteous and the business as neat as can be despite its obviously high workload. Recommend that any thrifty audiophile who doesn't want to just toss their equipment in the landfill when they can be fixed use Cardinal TV and Audio Service. Prices are reasonable as well. Bravo!

This business is bad. I drop off a TV with this company and they took forever to fix. I call for an update on my TV and they never know where the parts are or when the TV will get fix. I strongly recommend you go with someone else besides this company they are not worth your money.
This company is HORRIBLE. I work for a retail company that has been using this company for over 2 years and we found someone else to do our work.
