Check engine light and gas cap light on. Had diagnostics done. Part replaced. Check engine light off so far. Haven't driven car much yet though. Fair price. Staff friendly.

The people I dealt with were polite but took they're time to do anything. Recommendation: as soon as they get the key, move the car so it appears they're doing something.

Great service from very friendly folk. My 1st visit convinced me to go to them for everything I don't want to do myself, which I suspect will be more frequent since I found a reasonable & trustworthy repair center. Give them a try you will be happy, they are nice folks.

Good courteous service, delivered on time and completed satisfactorily. The price was a little high (my opinion).

However, I don't mind paying a little more when I trust that only what is needed is repaired and repaired properly.

I did have that trust in the repair process.

Front office staff very friendly and professional. Prices for services rendered in line with other businesses. The mechanic thjat worked on my vehicle is the only mechanic who has worked on my vehicle and the only one I trust with it.

Becky (I think was her name) at the front desk was so nice and friendly! I also made an appt and unfortunately was running 10 mins late and they were so nice and understanding about it. I brought my car in to have the transmission checked and have an oil change. Roy dealt with me and was very helpful in explaining the transmission and what needed to be done. I found the service at CarMasters to be friendly and extremely helpful. I had just moved to the area when my transmission went out and had to be towed into a shop. The woman helping me explained everything and answered my millions of questions. They also worked with me to help coordinate with my situation. I would highly recommend them.

When we went to pick the car up after undergoing inspection and having a belt replaced, the car would not start. The mechanic tightened things up and replaced a bolt. The shop opens at 7:30am. Becky allowed me in a little early so I could make it to work by 8:00am.

On top of that, Car Masters' vehicle loaners idea is phenomenal!
