Quite and safe place, neighbors are very nice and caring . The price is good also... Lots of kids around and very well mannered.

I lived here for about a year, they charge to much for such a poor qualty of housing. Theres mold growing in my bathroom and I asked them to fix it.. they came by to look at it and never came back.the bathroom tub always drips water and the hot water has poor water pressure.
