We've been to C Street a handful of times for brunch and dinner and it is always very good. This is a wonderful restaurant in Richmond and every meal I've had has been very good. The soups are freshly made with unique flavoring and ingredients. The dishes are hearty and delicious. Have been here three times now and I cannot select any area of improvement. The balcony seating is wonderful and they also have a magnificent patio. 2/23/13 - We went with a group of 12...had reservations for 7:PM...didn't get served until 9:PM...all meals were cold. There was no bartender present...so the wait staff had to do their own bar-tending. Near 10:PM...all of our glasses were empty and we had not receive our checks...waiter stated he has to reset tables. Nice, considering there were no customers waiting...
