From the time I first contacted Busy Living Cleaning I knew I made the right choice in cleaning companies! I have spent years dealing with independent cleanerds and had delt with them not showing up and always working around there schedule. With BLC I always have the same cleaner everytime, Jessica, and she is always on time and does a wonderful job. It has definitely taken alot of stress off me!

Good customer service but I would NEVER use them again! They had to come out a second time for the same appointment before I moved into my new home. As I was moving in I became more and more disappointed at the level of care. 1 cabinet cleaned 2 cabinets missed. There were things totally untouched that were #'s 1 & 2 on my priority list… NOT WORTH THE EXPENSE OR TIME WASTED. Wish I knew before...

I was very satisfied with service from Danah today. Even though I had to cancel late, she was very accomodating. Our AC went out Sunday night and cleaner was scheduled for Monday.
