Do not use this company! They will wheel and deal you and let you think you are getting a good deal but they using inferior product. Heaven forbid you have an issue they will talk down to you and...

I have extremely tall windows in the front room and the bedroom and wanted something attractive without spending a fortune. I called Budget Blinds and they came out, measured and offered great advice on what to choose. Once the shutters and blinds arrived they were installed perfectly ... no small feat as the house is over 100 years old and none of the walls and windows square up. They really look great! The only disappointment in the process was that the shipment of the finished shutters was mis-routed (may not have even been the fault of Budget Blinds) and didn't arrive until 3-4 weeks...

Everything was perfect about it. The consultant came out and did all the ordering and measuring. She came out a number of times and she was really easy to work with. She was incredibly helpful. The installer was in and out within about half an hour and put on all 17 of the blinds. He was really quick and friendly. They did a great job.

Repaired two custom wood blinds and also hand treated the blinds with protective oil because of sun exposure and risk of the wood drying out. Exceptional service and attention to detail fixing the problem of the tape on the blind deteriorating from thje sun and the slats drying out.

We had wood blinds installed in the majority of our 4000 sq foot house. Budget Blinds did a great job. This was a big job with no room for error as wood blinds need to be measured perfectly and then installed accurately. This was done, exceptionally well for us. They also returned and even adjusted some of the blinds after the house had settled and the blinds adjusted with the house somewhat, at no charge. We would definitely recommend this firm. In fact I did, to my mother, sister and neighbor and Budget Blinds provided a $50 coupon for each referral. All 3 have been quite pleased as well.

Mr. Smith, I wanted to say it has been a pleasure doing business with you and Budget Blinds. I thought your prices were reasonable for custom made items. Your and your drivers were on time for all appointments and I appreciate that. I really enjoy my new blinds and curtains. They keep the sunlight out so I am able to sleep a little later in the mornings. If I ever go to the night shift work, I am sure I will have no problem sleeping during the day. If I ever need window treatments in the future, I will certainly call on Budget Blinds.

I had faux wood blinds and shutters installed. I am very impressed with this company. From the Territory Sales Manager, Lynn Dee Kellner, to the owner Dick, to the installers and scheduler, I could not be more pleased with their work and professional treatment. I would and will use them again and refer them to all my neighbors.

Thank you so much - I love my blinds! They make a huge difference in the look of our sunroom - both outside, but especially inside. I find myself going to that room just to read or relax and think. It's a really great change. I will call for more blinds once we complete our renovation.

It is not often anymore that you find a company that is as easy to work with and as accomodating as you guys! And I must say that Lynn Dee was unbelieveable! They did a good job of installing the blinds and they worked hard at getting them all in. My only complaint was the one motor went bad and it took them a while to replace it. I would still recommend them because they were good and I was pleased with the blinds and their work.
