Centrally located. Lowest price in this section of Va Beach. Canals nearby. Huge closets! You can hear outside noises, but not thru apartment walls. Few amenities, but staff pleasant and helpful.

Worst management possible security needs to be put in place kids running around all hours of the night disturbing all hours of night.
DO NOT live here!!!!!! Owner of property is to greedy to spend money on security to keep the pain in the --- kids from selling and using drugs and alcohol everywhere on property. If your a family man such as myself look elsewhere. My family and I are leaving this...

This place has changed and improved a little bit over years in term of gun shots. However, there are still people selling cracks, making disturbing noises, threatening others on the hall ways, trashing around, and even using the back stair as a restroom. This place definitely need a better attention either from police or any authority before it gets into violence and more gunshots again.

okay so me & my husband live here only for 3 months already & gun shots just the other night that injured someone & ALSO people smoking weed in the breezeways so much that there are seeping in your actual apartment & making it smell like you smoked in your house & oh 10 to 20 people hanging out on the stairs like its a hang out & at night everyone is out parting like its alright & no one works...

If you want to live without fearing someone will break into your home at night dont move here. People hang out on the steps that lead to yout home and wont get up to let you get by. They will let their kids hang out all day unsupervised and vandalizing cars in the parking lot. Dont bother telling the rental office because they wont do anything about it. Nice apartment, decent price, its a shame...
