I lived at Breezy Point Apartments for a couple of years. My home was very spacoius and clean. The parking was well managed. The Office Staff was very profesional. I had to get maintenace to fix a couple of things, but they always fixed the problem and cleaned up after themselves. The location was good, right beside the NEX and commisary. I really enjoyed my stay and I would recommed anyone them.
no dishwasher, no laundry, no garbage disposal, no balcony, hallways are dirty and smell like cigarette smoke and stale breath, apartment is dark and small, awesome views of parking lots from your small windows, loud college kids, all in all they want way too much for way too little. not even a garbage disposal?! isn't this like 2010? seriously not worth it, you can find a better place for the...
The apartment complex looks nice...but if you can get over the police helicopter search lights at 3am every other night, the loud stereo systems banging out of cars and the occasional domestic fight coming out of your neighbors apartment it is not too bad...The big plus is it is right next to the base where I work and I haven't seen a roach yet (knock on wood!)
This was the worse apartments I've ever lived in for the following reasons:
Not a bad apartment. Clean, attractive grounds, quick maintenance services, and low noise level are positives. We've lived here over two years with no crime problems as well. Negatives are: inadequate parking and extremely strict towing policy, swimming pool is not well maintained, washer/dryer in buildings do not work well, unfriendly office staff.
The place is a nightmare of people partying all the time. Glass from broken beer bottles is strewn across the parking lot. Never any peace or quiet in the building I live in. It is a constant party.
The oven/stove never works properly. Burns everything at 250 degrees.
Vents in the master bedroom and bathroom never blow heat or air.

The apartments are very, very small and most of the people in the neighborhood do not care about anyone else but themselves. I have a few problems:
So close to the Navy base you can walk. No car needed as I can drive to restaurants and every service I could ever need. 24 hr maintenance and traffic control make me feel safe.
I didn't like this place at all!!! the people in the leasing office were most of the time rude! you can count with your rent going up every month especially of your BAH goes up. the towing policy was outrageous!!! I think they must have a contract with them because they seem to be part of maintenance with one showing up every hour or so. I wish they would have taken care of the apartment as...
I just moved into a one bedroom for cheap $641 because I am a full time student. They waived my deposit and application fee. When I got my keys to the apartment I was so excited to see how nice my home was. They also gave me a free accent wall (painted one wall a brown). This place is a piece of ----. The office staff are d!ckheads. This place is overpriced as well. When I moved out, I only owed them 1000 dollars. I call today to make paying arrangements and they say I owe over 3000 dollars...how can I keep living in a place if i owe that much? They are liars and steal your money. AVOID BY ANY MEANS

i am currently living at breezy point and i have never heard any gunshots or gotten stared down by thugs or anything of the sort.... my apartment is clean and i have never seen any bugs in my apartment... those of you complaining about bugs need to learn how to clean properly :)

My Fiance and I have lived here for over a year now. We plan to move once he gets back from his 6-month cruise.
For the most part its quite, but I've had to call the police at least 5 different time. Most for people Screaming and Fighting. I could understand if it was the weekend, but they were usually on weeknights, between 2-4am. Make that 6 different times, Gunshots last night.
the absolute worst place to live, our one bedroom was dimlighted, the air filter looked as if never replaced, when it rained it was a crack in our sealing so water came into the apartment. The people there are money hungry, it took almost until we moved for the maintenance to come and fix any of our problems. you pay so much for such little quality of an apartment
My roommate and I gave them our holding deposit and they gave the apartment to someone else. When we went to get our money back we had to go some where else and get it. This place is the worse.
