What a dirty place. Floors sticky. Seating held together with duck tape. Rude employee interrupted our cake cutting to pay balance. Could she not wait 5 minutes ?Never again.

This place has reasonable rates if you stay for more than one hour. I have 4 kids & paying $5 an hour per kid is expensive! Maybe there should be a family/ sibling discount. My son broke his femur while at the jumpin monkey, and beyond the pain, etc., the reaction of the staff has bordered on irresponsible. Not one person on staff called 911, brought water or did anything compassionate while he laid their screaming. They have refused to provide their insurance company information as well. This is not a place I would refer or trust.

The establishment looked decent. The food was cheap in quality. Pizzas are the Totinos you but for 99 cents, but pay 1.50 per slice. The staff could use some customer service training. There's not much for children 1 to 3 years of age. The costume rooms are great, should have more variety and duplicate costumes.

Wow ! What a concept ! My daughter loved it and I got some work done. Nice and clean and very safe. Attentive staff who bent over backwards to help. Loved the balloons too.

The idea is wonderful, the staff is a little rough. They could be a little friendlier to the parents and the kids. The snack bar is a joke; it's rarely attended. Beware of the restroom. It could use a little TLC.

The bouncers are really good and the kids have fun.It could use some more attentive cleaning.The bathrooms are not nice. It was better when they first opened and just had the bouncers.
