I have been a patient of Dr. Hillelson's for over 15 years. She has always been very professional and only recommends procedures that she feels will help the patient. Her staff make you feel comfortable and are all very friendly. I would highly recommend Hillelson-Whipple Clinic.
Office staff is confused, don't return phone calls & receptionist asked personal questions (where I worked, phone # and name of emergency contact, etc.) out loud in front of the rest of the patients waiting in the office (information already provided on paper). Dr. Habib is a very good doctor. She is kind and thorough. She's not quite as personable as one might like, but she is genuinely concerned about our health (both husband and I see her). We have followed her to the new location because we are comfortable with her.

I had to wait 2 weeks, from the time I called and made appointment to the time I received treatment. Treatment did not help much. Switched to a new doctor. Best doctor
I didn't like him. He was unfriendly and condescending. He was quick to recommend diabetes medication to a pregnant woman even after saying blood sugars were fine. I feel like he's one of these doctors that does unnecessary C-sections and other medical interventions just out of impatience and inconvenience.
Dr. Shah is very thorough and explains everything in easy to understand ways. He seems to care greatly about patients. He gave me several courses of treatment and explained each with pros and cons. Dr. Eid is a good doctor. The practice, however, is horrible. Be aware that they will place your account for collection even though you give them a date that full payment will be made (within 6 weeks). They do nothing except mail a statement. I have Dr.Shah as my gastro. since Nov. 2015, and had great relationship during the last 3 years. He has spent sufficient time with me to answer any question I might ask of him. My main problem is the office staff. It's unfortunate that I cannot speak to an actual person.
