It has taken us a long time to figure out the source of my cronic cough but thanks to Dr Patel he did it.
I saw Dr. Patel in February 2019. I appreciated his comforting and reassuring manner. I feel blessed that I was referred to him by my family practice physician. Dr. Patel was very thorough in making sure I was ready for surgery. He is surrounded by a great staff. His breathing test administrator was quite helpful. I appreciate the speed of service and the quality of care.

It took a little long to be seen after my appointment time but that may have been because I was a new patient or they were behind, so I dont have anything to compare that to yet. Doctor Kessler is one of the best doctors in Newport News. He is very caring and will tell you the truth in a very careful way even if it is bad news. He has taken care of my husband for about five years and brought him back from Stage Four Cancer.I cant image ever having anyone else take care of my family than Dr. Kessler.

I was refered to Dr Patel for spooible sleep disorder. I would wake up 3-4 times a night, never reach reme sleep, was tried all day and having strange dreams. it never occured to me that I had sleep apnea. With one simple test, Dr Patel confirimed the diagnosis, started me on CPAC machine. His treatment plan was clear and understandable. His "bedside manner"is very compassionate.

Dr. Lappenin seemed extremely caring at first. As time went on though there were misdiagnosis, prescription prescribed incorrectly, wrong prescription prescribed, failure to follow through, and failure to investigate ongoing symptoms that were not responding to treatments.
