Chicken was over loaded with grease. I eat here all the time. Today it was not good. Not to mention the customer service. The employees were in the back having a party. I waited 3 min to be served.

2nd time I have gotten a rubbery chicken biscuit! I'm done. No more, used to be my favorite Sunday treat. Something has changed and it's not good.

I personally judge a chain resturant by it's ability to stay consistant with it's advertised cuisine. In this train of thought it is easier to properly base ones discrepencies. Where outliers dont overinfluence ones decision. A little bit on how proper food servicing goes into play, also helps in refining and appropriately basing opinions.

I was truely amazed with this Bojangles. The food was served hot and delicious. We had fresh biscuts and sides. The chicken was simply amazing, like fresh out of the fryer. I was really suprised...

I went to this bojangles last night and ordered food, my sandwich had hair on it and when I realized it I called to speak with the manager, on of the employees told me she was taking out trash, I left my number and name to get a call back, I never received the call back called again today to speak with manager was informed she was busy and would call me back but employee who answered my call...

Wait was 20 min after being told 3 min. Chicken was nasty and stale. Definitely looked like hormone chicken the biggest veins I ever seen. Not going back.
