I am not happy with Blooms Today. I signed up for their 50% discount and did not get my discount. I google searched for an on-line florists to send roses to 3 different individuals marking the 1st anniversary of someone who was dear to each of us. I quickly responded and received an immediate 50% discount and $10.00 off on other purchases made that day. So my bill was 1 arrangement for $30.43, and 2 arrangements for $35.68. I have the same complaint as everyone else. They have this catchy sign saying that you'll get 50% off your order and details are at checkout.

Until recently I was employed at Blooms Today as a senior agent and one of the things I dealt with daily is people calling in to complain that they'd somehow been hoodwinked into signing up for the Blooms Rewards program online. Do NOT purchase flowers from this company. They offer you $10 off, but what they do is secretly sign you up for their Rewards program which charges your credit card for $9.95 each month after you order flowers from them.

I was searching for a company to send flowers to my sister in law for her birthday. I found Blooms Today and the website stated save %50 percent today-details at checkout.I found beautiful flowers, and at checkout I read "All you have to do is give your e-mail address."
