We visited the Pelican for lunch and were treated to super-delicious food, from a warm crab dip with chips to delicious crabcake sandwiches, mahi mahi and pulled pork on a hard roll. This restaurant is by far my family's favorite in the Outer Banks. We have been to most of the restaurants around and have never found a better one. The food is great, especially their desserts. The price isnt extreme but it is not cheap either. I would definitely recommend this place.

significance because it is where the Wright Brothers sent the
