The best cleaners in town! I won't let anyone else touch my dresses and blouses or my husbands suits! Friendly staff that know you by name. I've never been disappointed! 5 stars!

This place is absurdly expensive. I never walk out spending any less than $30. they charge about $10 to dry clean a blouse. I went a few times since it was very conveniently located to my house...

I am extremely disappointed with Bill's Cleaners. Just got a dress dry cleaned there, and it came back with the end of the zipper broken off, a hole by the zipper, and smelling like a thrift...

Bills did a great a job on my wedding gown. I would recommend them to anyone. I now use them for all my drycleaning and household items.

I have used Bill's for years and have been very happy with the service. I recently had Bill's clean my wedding dress- they did a great job and at a very good price( I checked around first and the price at Bill's was the best). I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good cleaners.

Bill's saved two garments I thought were completely ruined! I got caught in the rain, wearing an expensive sundress, and then sat on dirty car seats, drawing the dirt into the dress. The dress was absolutely filthy. My fiancee took it to another cleaner and when we got it back, it didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. I took it immediately to Bill's and they got ALL the dirt out. It was the same situation with my fiancee's pants, which they also saved. This was my first trip to Bill's but I am absolutely thrilled with the service and will continue to be a customer for years to...

I've used Bill's Cleaners for years- they are the best cleaners I've ever used. Everything stays right in the store and the owner moniters every step of the process. On several occasions they have been able to save garments that I thought I had ruined. I would recommend Bills to anyone who really cares about their clothes.

Do NOT go here! My husband and I were great customers here for a while. When they shrunk several expensive garments beyond repair, I went to the store to see what could be done. From the start, the manager was argumentative, sarcastic, and just plain RUDE! He would not admit any mistake, or even partially reimburse me for the clothes. In fact, he didn't even offer to refund the cleaning bill!! I have never experienced such horrendous customer service and wanted to warn others about this place.

convenient and cheap

If you are a student and live around Virginia Commonwealth University, this is the better laundry place. It is just 4 or 5 blocks from the campus and opened all day. You have to parking your car on street, which may take you a few minutes…
