this office does not ever answer the phone and does not give Corp office number to complain against the Better Business Bureau- I only gave a 1 star rating because it would not let me process review without it but they deserve a "0"

BBB is for Business, agreed.

The best way to tell what side the BBB is working for is to look at the number of complaints on this site against Portfolio Recovery Associates, a notorious abuser of consumer rights, and the rating the BBB gives them, an A+.    'nuff said.
