Stayed here on our honeymoon 20 years ago. It was the Colonial Inn then. Different name. Same great place.

The food was very good. The convenience of this restaurant right in hotel was very handy. The prices were not bad. There was a variety of foods to choose from.
This restaurant is way overpriced and a bit disappointing. On our
first night the service was very slow and the waiter seemed to be
serving us as a favor. We dined early and there was only one
other customer so I'm sure the kitchen wasn't overwhelmed with
orders. The second night was better service but the fried shrimp
was unremarkable....
Enuff said! Very disappointed & would not go back. There are too many other good places to try instead of coming here.

Most items overpriced. We ordered the scallop basket as the special of the day for $9.99. It was just the scallops and french fries, but they were very good and plentiful.

After our kids went back home we went here for dinner. Food was good and prices were reasonable (compared to some of the other restaurants). Sat in the outdoor area under cover and watched the activity on the boardwalk as we ate. Very pleasant experience.

The breakfasts offered a wide variety of food, but the dinners, while we enjoyed what we had, seemed limited in the offerings. We don't eat a lot of fried food, and there was an abundance of fried food on the menu.
Nice outdoor dining, and easy walk up from the beach. The sort of seafood menu you would expect at the beach. We didn't eat inside, but that looked to be very nice.

This restaurant had one of the best grilled angus burgers, I've had at a mid price restaurant. Grilled to perfection,my choice of medium well. Moist but not dry. My friends and I stopped by for a meal. The food was just average, nothing special. The chicken strips tasted like frozen ones that had been reheated. Located inside the Best Western at 2801 Atlantic, this is a small place. Not five star dining but entres were very reasonable with most $10 - $20ish.
Service wasn't speedy, but server was nice and attentive. (There was a cheering comperition in town so that may have been part of it.)
