I have only visited this location a few times but I have had no issues. They were really helpful when a TV tuner that I purchased was malfunctioning but was out of store warranty for a money back. They replaced it with a gift card. I was going to purchase additional items on my visit anyway. So it worked out for me.

The service in the store is excellent. The service scheduling and by phone to reschedule is poor. There is too much waiting time and too many redirecting on the telephone. Once we got to the correct person, the service was great.

I bought two GPS receivers and a HP laptop with their warranty from this store. First GPS receiver went out after 18 months. They told me to get another one from to replace it. They were quick only as fast as their computer system can go!!! The laptop is still going strong!
