Today, a group of Denbigh House members and staff attended our local precinct's Coffee with a Cop event! Our members were able to speak with officers, express concerns, and ask questions. We really enjoyed participating in this event and plan to do so again in the future! Thank you, Newport-News Police-Department and Belgian Waffle and Steakhouse for hosting such a great event!

Every time I eat here with my family I get excellent customer service and the food is delicious...I never wait to be seated. I never wait more than 15 minutes to eat ...I love the fact that everything is cooked from scatch...I can customize my meal (it's not pre frozen food) I will always eat here...LOVE IT!!!!!!

OH MY GOODNESS!!! This "Split Waffle" at Belgin Waffle and Steak was AMAZING, it was a work of art. A full banana split on top of a waffle, ice cream, fresh bananas, pineapple chunks, chocolate syrup, loads of whipped cream, all topped off with a cherry! Not to mention they made it gluten free!!

My wife really liked this dish with one exception - the ice cream was lacking. The crust had a homemade flavor and texture. The apple filling was creamy and filled with chunks of apples. However the ice cream had ice crystals in it. Still worth an overall thumbs up, but they could do lots better on the ice cream.

Good food at great prices. Your money goes pretty far in this spot. The service was very good both times that I dined in for brunch. The decor is circa 1980 and could stand some updating and renovating, but the place offers two dining areas and they are kid friendly.

This is one of my family's favorite place to eat good breakfast
