Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.\n\nBuyer beware: they are owned by Diamond Resort International and will try to get you to go to a "90 minute" presentation which in reality is 3-4 hours. If you can brace the full 4 hours you get a $125 gift card (4 hrs you could be on vacation).

Very friendly staff. Clean and RIGHT ON THE OCEAN!\n\nLike many beach locations, the hallway walkways are also susceptible to the outdoor elements. The rugs in these walkways are weather worn and need to be replaced. ALSO, this is a Diamond Resorts timeshare hotel and you will be asked to take a tour.

The room was adequate. Lobby nice, but entire facility needs updated. Staff friendly Poor lighting in hallways. Carpet dirty. No benchs outside on boardwalk to sit and look at ocean. The pumping of dirty water back into the ocean 3 of the days we were there. The concierges were not very knowledgeable, printer not working.
My fiance & I really enjoyed the jacuzzi & the view. The location was great of course. I did not like how the hallways were open, like outside pretty much. I like my hotels/resorts to be comfy as soon as I walk in & I didnt like the fact I had to wear a friggin coat to visit the spa & gym. Especially since its winter.

It was ocean front i love the view and balcony. Plus i had a king size bed with Jacuzzi if i could only stay a week it would have been better My pillow had blood stains and the room was very dusty .

We've had a timeshare at this hotel for over 15 years and never stayed there. We tried to get our actual room but it was booked. Our experience was ok I would stay again the rooms were clean and the living areas are spacious we didn't use the pools or restaurant. The parking deck is very tight which we knew already. The bathrooms are very small and the beds were hard.
This was a nice hotel. We had a king studio on the 12th floor with a whirlpool tub. The whirlpool tub was very deep and hard to maneuver in and out. It also took a long time to fill.
The room was well kept up and clean.
The kitchenette did not have a stove or oven, but did have a microwave, small fridge, and dishes.
We had a small table and 2 chairs. No sofa.

Not worth the $273.00 a night I paid. NAS Oceana jets were VERY loud. Glass windows very thin and boardwalk noise from the 4th floor was loud. Neighbors slamming doors. Room needed refreshing. Beds are hard. Oh and don't get room with jacuzzi, this is out in the open and your shower is incorporated. And toilet closet is only about 2.5 feet wide. Would NOT recommend.

View of the ocean waking up in bed was breath taking. Huge windows give you an amazing view of the ocean. Beach wasn't too crowded. All staff that we encountered were very plesant and helpful. Would stay here again. Only issue is both pools had lime green water. Did not swim.

Convenient location
Stayed here for 3 days on a "girls" trip. The room layout worked well as we had 2 beds and a sleeper sofa. Price was so affordable compared to other units with this layout. Room comfortable and clean. Love the location of this hotel. Staff were very nice. Would stay here again!!!!
Nice staff, very helpful. The location was very nice near the southern end of the boardwalk which is quieter. The location is also close to a couple of good restaurants, Waterman's Surfside and Mahi Mah's.

The staff was extremely nice, they went above and beyond to help us with our parking since we had a trailer that we were hauling which made parking a little more difficult. This is our home resort, and we keep coming back after a trade here and there and wonder why we traded our week away. The staff is ****awesome**** and the beds are so comfortable. We have a room with two doubles and then a sleeper in the living room, and my husband and I do great with double beds since we're cuddlers anyway. We love, love, love it here!!

The out door pool wasn't very clean and the fact that you have to get in and out by a ladder makes it difficult for elderly people like my mom. The hotel in general was ok. We are not usually negative but I wouldn't return. The hotel room was small, including the "jacuzzi" that was a tub right by your door (which is where you had to shower in public) so if you had company, they had to leave the room, depending on your agenda.
