Got my oil changed and headlight fixed in a morning good price. Was made aware my tires are getting worn and given the appropriate number for tires for my car. Told should I be interested they would give a quote for new tires. No pressure just good information.

Everything was great. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. My car was taken in right away for a state inspection. I was finished and on the road in a half an hour, maybe a little less, as promised. The staff were all very friendly. I highly recommend Bayside Tire & Auto. When my free maintenance runs out with the dealer, I'll definitely be back.

I've never had a bad experience in 20+ years at Bayside Tire and Auto! Brad and the staff are always friendly, efficient and thorough . They always try to save me money instead of hearing a cash register ring when I drive up. If they can find an less expensive part, they will. There's no trial and error work done here! When you pick up your car, it's done right!

I asked for an oil change and tire rotation, and to check for any other problems. When I looked at my receipt after picking up the car, the mechanic had noted that my fan belt was badly frayed and my rear tires needed replacing. However, I was not notified re these needs, and the work was not done, requiring a 2nd drop off by me. Very inconvenient

They have been consistently honest with us. We have used them to diagnose two problems with two older vehicles, both ending out to be more minor than we anticipated. Plus we've used them for oil changes and inspections. Both vehicles are running great.

Our Subaru Forester needed alignment. The appointment was made and we were able to drop it off and have it ready before we had to go to work in the afternoon. The car seems to track nicely now and we're pleased, again, with the quality of the service.

From the Great Shore Drive pothole saga over this last week, (the worst one that got me by Kroger's...) brought my Subaru into the shop for alignment and the car handles like it should. It now tracks perfectly and makes driving the car a joy once again. Thanks Bayside!

I needed an alternator and belt replaced on my vehicle and took it to Bayside Tire and Auto Citigo for an estimate. The personnel there gave me an estimate of over $500, while the parts for such a repair would total roughly $140 and the labor should not take more than an hour. Very courteous staff and my vehicle was ready before promised. I was promptly notified when my vehicle was ready for pick up. I also recieved a complimetary vacuum which is a nice surprise these days! I definitely recommend Bayside Tire & Auto and will certainly use them again for future needs.
