Hotel was very nice, convenient location, with a lot of eatery choices, quiet. I really enjoyed myself and will definitely stay again.
Overall it was a nice hotel for the pricing. But putting a non smoker on a smoked out floor was torture. The smell of cigarettes and whatever else lingering fragrances was awful
Nice pool. Very welcoming people. Breakfast was very basic. The rooms very confortable and clean. Close to Fort Lee and close to malls.
Room was much bigger than expected. Jetted tub was fabulous! The front desk staff were nice, but it took a while to be able to talk to them both times I went to the desk.

I loved my stay at this hotel. I was staying here while visiting my fiance who was at Fort Lee and it was very convenient being so close to base. I was very happily surprised when I saw the room I was staying in! It was so much more than I could normally afford!! The hotel is very pretty and the rooms are very nice!
Was late on a Monday night and was the only place around open and the family was hungry. Owners were pleasant enough but the wobbly tables, cheesy decor and cleanliness were less than desirable in my eyes.
We were there to feed the kids so it worked but would i go back there ever again, NO!

Confirmation was for non smoking room, but when i got there only smoking only available. Stinky room stinky hallways on smoking floor. Yuck!

It was a good 4 days. Close proximity (walking distance) to the Shopping areas, restaurants, spa, nail salon. Do your shopping come back and relax. The Bottom Line Sports Bar & Grill has nice food!??
Strip Mall Setting. Waited about 15 minutes for service in a relatively empty restaurant. Nothing except menus. Left and went to Maria's in Petersburg. Maria's more than made up for the inconvenience. Great dinner and service.
Best tasting pizza. Wife had the veggie roll which was also very tasty. I saw the reviews on Trip Advisor. Totally concur. Glad I tried it. Will be coming back too.
They me start by saying the hotel no longer has smoking rooms available as well as the bar restuarnt is out of business or closed. Thay need to update their page and all site info
The food is amazing! Not very expensive at all! The staff is wonderful! This is one of our favorite Italian restaurants! Would strongly recommend

My husband and I were in Prince George surprising my nephew at his AIT Graduation. When we got to the hotel I was impressed by the hotel overall, until I checked in. The man at the desk said we could not check in til 3 our flight arrived from Nashville at around 11 Am. We got to the hotel around 11:45. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. ... When I first arrived James at the front desk explained that I needed to have called in advance to get an earlier check in. I explained that I had called the online help and allowed them to book it. He did not say anything else and proceded with my check in.
We never eat fast food pizza anymore because of great places like this. The food is more unique for Italian. Better dough and much taster mozzeralla is used and the service is always friendly. We love Ma and Pa places like this too. Everything is better all around. Thier subs and dinners are also first class. Enjoy!
Used Baymount when I visited my boyfriend at Fort Lee. It is right next to base which is bonus when you don't have a care. The cab fare was maybe $10 from the hotel to the base which was perfect. Easy check in, convenient to all petersburg sites. Neighborhood was a lot better than most hotels in petersburg!
This stay was good. We were visiting family for 2 days and had no real issues with the motel outside of the noises that were coming from other rooms echoing. I think that there were holiday parties going on. I stayed here for 3 nights wasn'table to use the "free wifi" my intire stay!!! I had to ask housekeeper to "actually" clean my room! The front desk staff acted as if I was a bother when asked about the non-working wifi.

We ended up ordering take out from here wanting something different. The inside looks clean and cozy and the lady who took our order was very knowledgeable and helpful about picking out our meals. We had a roll in shower, best one in an hotel we've stayed yet. Bed was a little high to transfer from my wheelchair. Good thing i had my transfer board. The room was large enough for me to move around. All in all, we will stay here next trip.
We booked thru hotels.com not realizing that when u make a preference thru this site it is not guaranteed. We needed a non smoking room and when we got there they gave all the non smoking to other guests who checked in before us. In addition shower made noise when moving around, floor creaked so loud. Comfortable
Reserved a one room with double beds for my brother & I.when we got to our room it only had a Queen size bed. Called attendant said no guarantee no other rooms available. My brother had to sleep on a hide a bed with a bad back. No hot breakfast.
I've stayed at much pricier hotels and was kind of worried when my sister suggested we stay here because of the low price. Was I ever wrong! Great hotel! Will definitely stay again!

Overall the hotel and room were great. But if you are looking for the "Free" breakfast you are better off going across the street to Denny's, unless you like cereal, yogurt, bagels and coffee.
Clean Affordable Hotel. The rooms were nice. The bar is cheap and good service. Only complaint is that we needed another blanket in room and asked room service and she said she would bring it and nothing. Called front dest and they could not help.

Hotel was very nice. The pool was a great way to burn of energy, and there was a bbq area there too. Rooms were very spacious. The only bad things was slow elevator and ice machine on first floor only one that worked.

Overall this was the best stay I have had here. I was in the new part of the building and it was updated, modern, clean and very comfortable. I did not realize I had been assigned to a smoking room until I arrived. I gave the room a try, but the it was triggering a migraine within 5 minutes. I returned to the front desk and asked if there was any way to change to a non-smoking room. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and even upgraded my room. It was greatly appreciated. The rooms were large and clean.
