Usually, I'm pleased with this location. However, what I saw going on behind the scenes was a concern. I called, and I made a complaint. I was even able to get a picture. However, I was never contacted. After my last visit, I hope it's fixed. I really like Chili's.

Stopped in for lunch! Had the best country fried steak I ever had! Looks new and easy parking. Service was fine and I paid via the tablet they give you at the table which allows you to pay, order and refill your drinks. Will be back when in town!

My salad was very good. Great margarita. Server was very attentive. This was dinner time during a pouring lightning storm ...not very crowed at all. Was encouraged to, and did use the card reader on the table to pay my check. You can order items off the reader app too. Would eat here again when in town.

IF you are going to choose a chain go in the area go to Applebees instead. The table was sticky the food was awful. My server was great resolved issues and very fast a little to fast felt like they wanted us to leave as soon as we sat down.

We stopped and ate here on our way to New Orleans for a soccer tournament. The food was good and our server was attentive. The overall service was a little slow, but this seems to be the case at any Chili's that we try.

Chili's food is consistently ytummy. This location needs an upgrade on customer service. Sloooooow. Too much of the wait staff visiting at other tables. Just need some customer first lessons and all will be grand :)
