The bathroom needed renovation. And I could not have done the work myself. So, it was worth paying someone to do it.

Our new shower is beautiful and extremly well constructed. Mel didn't have much of an old shower to work with but he did a thorough job. We haven't used it yet because the caulking has to cure but I look forward to showering in safety. Mel was very efficient and and left things as clean as could be expected. We are happy so far.

Bath Planet definitely has good customer service. There was a problem with my shut off valve which was my responsiblity. The technichan purchased the part I needed, replaced the valve and made sure I had running water before he left. He went above and beyond call of duty. They are the only company I would work with for this type of installation.

There was quite a lot of misunderstanding about what Bath Planet would do and what was required of me - the original contract was not sufficiently itemized. The bathtubs and surround look great. I'm very happy with those. There were some quality issues with the other work and lack of communication and unkept promises from the sales person. Also, I was assured during the sale process that customer satisfaction was the most important thing to this company but I was never asked once whether I was satisfied with the work performed. The work was great. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that it took longer than expected and there was an issue with the flooring that was ordered. Very happy with the quality of the work and the workers.

The project was estimated for one week, initially there were two workers on the first day after that only one worker which extended the job to two weeks. They installed the shower enclosure doors with inferior material from one of the big box home improvement stores. No final walk thru. Costumer service is lousy attempting to get proper shower door. Two months.

Using Bath Planet was one of the best decisions I could have made. They did a great job putting in our new shower and it looks amazing, not to mention the product itself is fantastic. The installer, Doug, was outstanding. He was in and out in two days and the finished product was perfect. He offered experienced advice about the placement of the grab bars, making me aware of vital safety and convenience issues. To my delight, the bathroom, the path area of the house and the outside work space he used were as clean and tidy when he left as when he arrived.
