In Short
Strawberry-pink and milk-white are the signature colors of the fast-food realm's ice-cream leader. Customers belly up to counters in food courts or free-standing shops where rows...
We called last minute today to order an Oreo ice cream cake. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and nice. She sat aside a cake for us and wrote our sons name on it. It was probably the...
Who doesn't love ice cream?! We're vacationing in Colonial Williamsburg and just had lunch. My sweet tooth kicked in and as we're walking and touring along the stores nearby I, I knew we had to...
We've been coming to this store for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Sure there have been times during peak visitor season when we've had to wait or the staff seemed stressed, but...
Came here around 6:45 pm, not busy, and there were 2 younger girls working. Got a slight hi when we came in the door but that was about it. No smiles or what can I get you. I have been coming...
Dying for ice cream. Found BR with the nicest person serving. I chose one flavor, can't recall it. but she warned me the back taste could be sour and gave me a sample. Loved it. She showed the same consideration to other customers. PS, she nailed us as being from the Midwest. Turned out she grew up in a close...
This is a really nice little ice cream shop and it is always fun to go in for a special treat. Prices are very reasonable too.
This was a good ice cream break but it was very average. It would have been nice to have a local ice cream place instead of a chain.
We visit Colonial Williamsburg periodically and this shop is right next door so we like going there on a nice day.
This is very nice small restaurant that serves very delicous ice cream and other goodies. The work staff is young, energetic, attentive and friendly. Very nice.
Charm added to a solid franchise for great ice cream. Great service even when super busy. Quality flavors and many options. e.g. Cones, sundaes, milk shakes, smoothies to name a few.
Wonderful Baskin Robbins ice cream in beautiful colonial setting. Good service, great ice cream. Enjoy a treat here
After viewing the sites in Colonial Williamsburg, take a break behind Merchant's Square and revive with ICE CREAM! Nothing like two scoops of deliciousness to get you back on the tourist trail!!
Typical Baskin-Robbins selection. Very freindly staff and close proximity to merchant's square. Nothing better than getting a scope and walking around Colonial Williamsburg!
Located on the edge of Merchants Square with front door parking if you are lucky.
A national Ice Cream chain with a lot of really nice people in this one.
Nice place for a treat. Service was good and the ice cream tasty. We sat on the bench and watched the world go by. Generous servings too
We stopped in after a day of shopping and dinner in the square. They have delicious ice cream and the staff are very friendly and efficient.
It's ice cream on the square so you have to have it. Every Sunday evening in the summer they show a movie. It was fun to get a ice cream cone and walk around.
I ordered a Coke float on a hot summer day and it was great. Plenty of ice cream and soda. Places to sit and chat. Nice place.
Had a very good chocolate MALTED milkshake here on a very hot and humid afternoon. Friendly, helpful staff. Terrific!
It was 115 degrees and this hit the spot.
prices were normal even thought they are located in the historic district
We always get ice cream here when we visit. The young person behind the counter was polite. The ice cream is good but the tables were dirty which includes bugs such as flies and bees.
We loved visiting Baskin Robbins! They were so friendly and patient with our boys as they tasted quite a few flavors. They gave generous portions and the ice cream was delicious!
A well run Baskin Robbins with good service, a big selection of flavors and very clean. What you would expect from a Baskin Robbins
Had ice cream two nights in a row from Baskins- Robbins shop.
Served a good portion as we like it. What else can you say about an ice cream parlor?
We've been coming down to Williamsburg every summer since 1991. We always stop at this Baskin-Robbins in the Old Towne area to enjoy an ice cream cone, cup, sundae, milkshake or what have you! The service is TREMENDOUS and the treats great!!! You won't be disappointed by stopping here to enjoy! There's limited seating, so you may want to grab...
Stopped in after dinner this place was very busy but you didn't feel that way on line they took care of out 5 orders very quickly and I was very impressed when I asked for a flavor ice cream in a cup they offered me a sample because they had gotten mixed reviews I'm glad she told me great stop...
When you are hot and tired from walking around Colonial Williamsburg for a couple hours. Ice cream is the perfect way to cool off and rest. Baskin Robbins gives you lots of choices. it's always good no matter which city you are in.
For some reason there aren't a lot of baskin Robbins around at least in north east anyway great place great location excellent variety friendly service
Love it here. Good service, clean. Generally pretty busy, but never too long a wait. We visit every time we come.
The woman working behind the counter was extremely friendly and, more importantly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I mentioned my children had some food allergies. She very patiently took all the steps necessary to ensure my kids could safely enjoy their ice cream. Excellent service.
We have eaten there twice there so far. First time we got double scoops of Baseball nut and cherry jubilee (my spouse) and Turtle caramel (me) in waffle cones. little over $10 for both of us. Second time we got same waffle cone with Baseball nut but tried new flavors. There are lots to choose from, the scoop size is...
Always a crowd due to its proximity to Colonial Williamsburg, but nothing beats a B&R ice cream treat after walking 1+ miles around the tourist attractions.
Every time I visit Williamsburg I make it a point to save room for Baskin Robins sherbet ice cream. Just love it!! Reminds me of going when I was little. Just something about the Baskin Robins name.
The ice cream is good, but the lines tend to be long. The portions are always small. When your whipped cream deflates after a few minutes, you realize that you have very little ice cream. One hint - the line at the back door tends to be shorter than the front door. The door closest to Merchants Walk is the...
Baskin-Robbins is always a safe bet for something sweet at the end of a meal or for an afternoon snack. Because it is located in Merchants Square, it was easy to fit it in after lunch at Aroma's. Following the ice cream was a visit to the Peanut Shop next door to buy some goodies to take home.
When I'm at CW, I have to get a small Nutty Coconut! The service here is great, personnel are very helpful and the building itself is quaint and perfect in CW. So stop by and make sure to try the Nutty Coconut!
Baskin-Robins in Colonial Williamsburg is my favorite place for ice cream. I especially like to get a special treat on warm summer days. Baskin-Robins is tucked in the back of stores sort of out of the way but it has the best shakes. Staff are friendly and willing to give you the same sample twice if you ask for it.
Your know that smell when water sits around, sour wash clothes, that is Baskin-Robbins. gag me. not going there again.
Staff was very friendly and quick to give you the samples you wanted. The place was spotless and they seemed to have more flavors than I remembered my local place having.
YUM! This was our first visit to a Baskin-Robbins. The choices were so many we had trouble choosing which one we might like the best.
great to have a nice cold ice cream on a hot sunny day lots of different flavors to pick from easy access and parking was good
Nothing beats the summer heat like a double scoop ice cream cone! Their location is a little out of the way but the scoops are huge. Enjoy!
This was in the shopping area. Be sure to use the freebee coupon in the book that is issued by the hotel. The nicest flavor of the 31 is forbidden chocolate, but leave some for me. Jim
I love their chocolate almond ice cream. I've eaten that ice cream for the last 50 years and it has always been my favorite from when I was a little girl. Yum!
Stop there after you finish your Ghost tour. They are open until 10 when most everything else is closed. Yum!
Yummmmmmmmy! Our party had butter pecan, oreo cake batter, waffle cones...the waffle cones were terrific! Great service!
Nice people and of course great ice cream. You know what you're getting as far as the product, but the people make the difference.
There is always time for Baskin-Robins! First you view the selection of Ice Cream and then you pick the flavor. Great joy comes when the selection is scooped and handed to you on a cone. The final joy is in the consumption.
Very clean shop with good ice cream and lots of flavors. Gets very busy in early evening when tourists are in town. Locals are repeat customers , the location is great and the staff is friendly and efficient. Prices are reasonable.
ice cream in Colonial Williamsburg!!! Noting better than that. My wife and I visit each time we go to Williamsburg. Small shop but clean, cool and a friendly attentive staff. Reasonable pricing.
We were offered samples the minute we walked in and finally settled on the cheesecake caramel praline...yum.
If you like ice-cream, you don't want to miss this ice cream parlour, selling every flavour imaginable and even have a small taster if you cannot decide!
We always stop here when we visit Colonial Williamsburg! The staff is always polite and helpful. The kids love to sample and select from all the different flavors. You can sit inside with the ac, or outside on the benches. Our family of 4 enjoyed this treat for about $10.
The place was in a beautiful location. The employers were very nice. The ice cream was good. I would definitely revisit.

Walked in and there were people everywhere. No rhyme or reason as to who gets served first since there are two doors to come in. Took 20 minutes to get served. It was good ice cream, who doesn't like Baskin Robbins? But I wouldn't go back there. There are other places on urban spoon for ice cream with great reviews that I wish we would have gone to.
We were at Colonial Williamsburg and decided to get some ice cream for a late afternoon snack. I loved the area down where the shop is. What a great...

This particular B&R seems to be extremely efficient and geared to handle much larger crowds than are present in late March. There aren't many tables but I...
In ShortStrawberry-pink and milk-white are the signature colors of the fast-food realm's ice-cream leader. Customers belly up to counters in food courts or free-standing shops where rows of ice cream-packed tubs stand ready under stacks of sugar cones and cardboard cups. Originally, the "31" promised a different flavor every day of the month. Nowadays, the number signifies constant variety--from Cherries Jubilee and Rocky Road to shakes, smoothies and custom-made cakes.
For informational purposes: this place burned down in a fire and if my sources are correct, it will be open again near the end of the month.I heard a...
