So unhelpful. Couldn't tell me the problem directly. Had to play coy and make me wait for thirty fucking minutes only to not be able to deposit my check. Don't wanna ever come back if I have to....

Brought to my attention was a check that was sent out in the name of Michele Shipp to Oakland,Ca. that I never received from Merrill Lynch I would like the whole amount of the value of the check returned to the office ASAP. 3/16/2013. I will contact your legal services for the return of it.

I have a complaint concerning family members who are bank employees handling the money transfers on accounts for the purpose of personal gains that they were not to benefit from when someone has passed and left money. Particularly have interest in the handling of a merrily Lynch account left to a female and transferred to Michael Shipp who does not nave the right to that account. Please note...

I called them to ask a question and they left me on hold for 20 minutes, I eventually hung up the phone. That is extremely poor customer service. It's obvious they don't care about their customers. Just terrible.
