This bank used to be the bomb. I've had an account here since 1976. The service sucks now!! Customer service is a thing of the past.

What have you done with Landon?! The day after a National holiday and you've got one person working drive up, one person working the lobby. Bank of America is really starting to disappoint me. They need to hire a staff. Im so glad I don't do personal business with them. I feel horrible for the staff who do their best to keep a smile on their face and be professional.

A banks a bank, I've always had good customer service when I had to go inside. Only thing I dislike is the fact that BofA accounts in California HAVE to be dealt with over there. Read as: lose your card and any branch over here can't do jack about it. Kind of a downer, otherwise pretty satisfied with their professionalism.

Do you really think your phone answering service / system is useful or helpful? Get a grip! Why should I be put on hold for 3 minutes trying to speak to a human at the branch, only to end up speaking with a Call Center person in Texas (or who knows where)?
